St Leonards Farm Caravan and Camping Park is within 30 minutes of some of Bournemouth's best beaches, and just a few miles from Ringwood and the New Forest. There are grass and hardstanding pitches with and without electric for tents and tourers, as well as fully furnished bell tents and shepherd's huts. A quiet, family run site with modern facilities and a children's play park, football pitch and indoor soft play area.

It was a brilliant site for peacefulness and I enjoyed it. The kids were a problem hanging around in the toilets, riding pushbikes up and down the site and throwing food at the cars.
Well kept friendly site, ideal for families

A well laid out and well kept site. The pitches are a reasonable size and hardstanding pitches have grass beside them for your awning. It is an ideal site for families with both an indoor and outdoor play facilities for kids. There are weekly visits from a pizza van fish and chips and a pop up bar. The access is good and the location is within easy reach of many attractions. There are supermarkets and a pub within easy reach. There is a dog walking area, although you are asked to keep the dog on a lead. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Great location, lovely site. Only issue was the showers. They were okay however not powerful and most of the water tended to trickle down the wall. Had to keep hold of the button to make it work. Otherwise all good 🙂

We stayed for 6 nights for my daughter's very first experience of camping. The whole campsite was ideal, from the playground, to the takeaway vans coming on site.

Great site, very large but plenty of space with big pitches. Very accommodating and friendly, close to supermarket and shopping. Easy walk to local eateries. Takeaways deliver to the front gate and there is also pizza van and mobile bar visits on site on Thursday nights.

I booked St Leonards Farm to spend 3 days with my kids in Poole. The location of the campsite is fab, close to a Beefeater pub for tasty breakfasts, and within walking distance to shops and my favourite Starbucks. Only 25 mins drive to Sandbanks Beach and 45 to Weymouth! It's an ideał location. Very kind and helpful staff. Toilets and showers located in central position and quite clean! I will definitely be coming back next year and we had fantastic time! Thanks.

Well it was a heatwave, but we honestly had the best few days. The site was perfect. Clean and quiet. We were by the play area and the kids were cycling and playing until dark. We spent each day on Southbourne Beach which was incredible!

I wanted a base to stay whilst attending a wedding and visiting friends. The site is extremely well managed and the staff went above and beyond what I expected. The first pitch I was offered was a little small due to the neighbours spreading themselves into more than their allotted space. As the area had several spare pitches I asked to move. This was immediately agreed and I was given a shady pitch with a vacant pitch next'door'. When I checked the time the gate was locked, I was told just to phone the mobile and I would be let in. In the event I came back earlier and the person in charge came to check that I was OK. There are plenty of fresh water points and 2 toilet blocks plus a few wet rooms. The site is directly off the A31 dual carriageway. I had worried that exiting the site appeared horrendous but traffic moved into the outside lane as it was very close to a roundabout. If I was in the area I would stay there again.

Clean site. Staff were very friendly, but, lacking in showering facilities- one block very old and not comfortable the other, only had a handful of cubicles so had to queue a few times. Also the humps getting in and out of the park are unnecessarily high. Just one other thing, the leaflet handed to us on arrival stated gates close at 11pm less stated otherwise. We didn't see any signs saying would be closed by 10.30 on the first night we got back at 10.33 and gates were locked, we got lucky that somebody else was trying to leave so we had the gates opened for us, otherwise we knew we'd have to stay in the overflow field. We were in a campervan so wouldn't have had what we needed for the night as everything was in our tent and I'm disabled so couldn't have got back there. Otherwise nice site, but wouldn't go back there.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The play barn is excellent for younger children and the park was excellent for all ages. Nearby A31 could be a bit noisy at night but not an issue for us. Temperature for shower varied and we found them a bit cold, whereas others had said it had been really hot. Suppose they were trying to fix the issue. We will visit again.

Lovely family campsite. Clean toilets and showers. Showers are lovely and hot. Huge play park for the children and an indoor soft play which was a massive hit for the kids! The staff were very friendly! While checking in the lady serving us queried that we had a caravan and had booked a non electric pitch. I explained upon booking that there weren’t any electric pitches available and after some searching she managed to find us one! There is a fish and chips van on a Friday and they are very tasty! A jacket potato van on a Saturday, we didn’t eat them but they looked good! The only downside is there isn’t a shop onsite which I thought there was from the pictures but there are plenty of shops only a few minutes by car so it wasn’t an issue. Will definitely book here again.

Came across this lovely little family run camping site by chance while looking for a little weekend break away with the kids, and I'm so glad we booked it! What can I say.. perfect little location, in the middle of everywhere so going to all our favourite Beaches were never far away as well as a drive around the new forest! The site is lovely, a really nice little park for the kids and the shower facilities were good and clean had everything you needed to be able to wash up your camping stuff and stay clean and fresh! We have had the best weekend, and will defiantly be back to stay again! 🥰

We had an excellent time, the park was great for the kids and the play barn, toilets and showers were decent and even had family ones which had more room.

15-20 mins from the beach, an old dairy farm in a central location with loads of places to eat nearby- plus Halfords and Lidl. Friendly front desk staff and very helpful. Great facilities with more kiddie stuff being built whilst we were there.

Very basic, and no emergency number. We attended A&E one night and couldn't get back in. We found a gate to walk through. No security.

We very much enjoyed our stay here. It was a beautiful site for our small electric tent pitch. What we enjoyed the most was that it was a lovely quiet site, and despite being busy, the late evenings and mornings were peaceful. Great location: near supermarkets, restaurants, beaches, New Forest etc. The lady at the reception was also very helpful, and we enjoyed the fish and chip van on site! We would definitely stay here again.

My son said this was his favourite campsite! He loved the indoor soft play and large outdoor play park. The pitches are slightly small for us, however, by the time you'd have people both sides of you and your car in front of your pitch, there isn't much space to play football/badminton etc, so we kept moving away to avoid cars/tents. Handy that there's food vans each night that we were there! One night they had fish and chips which were a good price and fair size. The second night they had jacket potatoes. In the mornings they had a van selling bacon baps etc. The showers turned off not long after turning them on and the washing up taps only stayed on if they kept the handle down. The frequent outdoor taps helped as it was so hot the days we stayed! There's a field with goal posts too, which was popular. Very close to Avon Heath and Moors Valley, which is a great day out with kids.

What can I say except this is a child-friendly park, which includes a kids park and soft play area. The land is ideal for both tents and caravans- it's peaceful and very relaxing. I had to change my booking twice, as I wasn't sure how many people were staying in the caravan, and the customer support was more than accommodating...I would definitely go again.
