Set in rural Yorkshire with views of Wharfe Valley, Clarion Lodge Campsite is in a great location for exploring, with Leeds and Harrogate within a 25 minute drive. There are grass and hardstanding pitches with optional electric, welcoming tents and tourers. Or, opt for a cosy camping pod with heating, electric and a kitchenette. The site is surrounded by scenic countryside, with a country pub just a five minute walk away. Dogs are welcome too!

About Clarion Lodge Campsite
Located in the centre of the rural triangle between Leeds, Harrogate and Bradford, the site is surrounded by things to do. Menston Train Station is also only a 25 minute walk away with connections to nearby towns and cities! There are five non electric grass pitches for tents only, along with a further five grass pitches with optional 10 amp electric hooks ups that also welcome campervans. If holidaying in your caravan, campervan, motorhome or trailer tent, there are 15 optional electric hardstanding pitches, available for all year round getaways. If you want a cosy glamping stay, opt for one of the three cosy camping pods. Sleeping up to five, the pods include a super king and single bed platforms that can also be used as seating. Each pod includes lighting, electric, heating, a fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery and crockery, plus the option to add bedding. Outside there is also a BBQ rack for if you wish to bring along your own disposable BBQs. You will also have one allocated parking space. Four-legged friends are welcome too, with up to two pups permitted per pitch and pod. For evenings spent onsite, BBQs and fire pits (approved by management) are allowed, just please ensure they are raised from the ground. A charming country pub is also only a five minute walk away if you want to dine out! Do note, the site is within the flight path of Leeds Airport so you may experience some noise from planes.
Pods and hardstanding pitches are open all year, and the grass pitches are open from April to December.
Site facilities include a male and female toilet and shower block, along with washing up facilities and tourist information in the communal log cabin.
For grabbing essentials, a Sainsbury's Local is a 20 minute walk away. The closest pub is The Chevin Inn, just a five minute stroll from the site.

Site rules and policies
We are a quiet site so do not allow loud music to be played on site.
No gazebos allowed.
Car parking is restricted to one car per pitch unless arrangements are made in advance with the site.
Ball games are also restricted if the site is full and not allowed before 9am or after 9pm.
Parents are responsible for their children and kids must be supervised at all times.
Dogs are welcome but must be kept on a lead.
No stag/hen parties are allowed or large group bookings.
We also require you to respect your fellow campers/visitors and that the noise levels are kept to a minimum after 10pm.
Things to do on site and in the Ilkley area
Just ten minutes away, Otley Chevin Forest Park offers beautiful woodland trails and amazing views, ideal for walks and picnics. For those holidaying with four-legged friends, it is also the perfect spot for them to fetch sticks too!
Ilkley (15 minutes) is home to Ilkley Moor, great for a hike, or when the sun is shining, head to Ilkley Lido for a relaxing dip in the swimming pool.
For a fun filled family day out, a trip to Tropical World (25 minutes) could be the perfect way to entertain the little ones. Discover greenhouses that are home to tropical animals and plants, with a butterfly house, rainforest canopy, and more!
