About Once Upon a Fell
Ideally set for a peaceful break away from the bustle, this private space is home to three private camping fields as well as fully furnished luxury bell tents and a modern Arctic cabin. The private camping fields are completely grass and have their own private facilities as well as a gas cooking area. There is outdoor seating with a Kadai BBQ fire pit and a hammock. The furnished bell tent sleeps up to four people in a double bed and optional two single beds with all bedding provided. It is complete with private toilet and shower, cooking facilities, a hammock and a BBQ fire pit. There's also a glamping cabin, sleeping up to two people with its own private field. You'll have your own ensuite, kitchenette and outside you'll find seating, a hammock and a BBQ fire pit. Enjoy the views from an eco friendly base close to Hutton Roof Crags and Farleton Knott - ideal for adventuring the outdoors with nearby mountain biking, hiking and climbing. Due to being based on a working dairy and sheep farm, unfortunately, dogs are not permitted onsite. Campfires are welcome when used in raised fire pits as to not damage the grass.
Camping is available from 25th April to October 18th, with the bell tent available from May to September. The Sheep Pen Cabin is January to November.
