Littondale Country and Leisure Park

Littondale Country and Leisure Park is peaceful campsite located just outside of Arncliffe, a small village in North Yorkshire. Running alongside the Skirfare river, the site offers six glamping pods and a handful of touring pitches for friends, families, solo travellers and four-legged friends. With Great Whernside, Yorkshire Dales National Park and Nidderdale National Landscape all on your doorstep, it's a great base for hikers and cyclists.

About Littondale Country and Leisure Park

Extending across 32 acres of Yorkshire Dales countryside and running alongside the Skirfare River, this campsite is a peaceful nature oasis for all the family. The site provides six comfortable glamping pods for hire, three silver and three gold. All glamping pods are dog-friendly and sleep up to four. Each pod is kitted out with a spacious double bed, sofa bed, kitchenette with a fridge, kettle and toaster, satellite flat-screen TV and an ensuite toilet and shower. The gold pods are slightly bigger than the silver pods and come with a kitchen cooker, whereas silver pods have a microwave. Outside is a private patio with outdoor seating and views over Arncliffe and Hawkswick Cotes. All pods provide towels, bed linen and Wi-Fi free of charge. In addition to glamping, there are also a number of static caravan pitches and seasonal tourer pitches. With the Yorkshire Dales National Park and Nidderdale National Landscape roughly half an hour away, there are plenty of biking and biking opportunities for all ages. If pottering around cobbled streets and exploring historic castles and independent shops is more your bag, Skipton market town is 25 minutes away. An attraction closer to home is the local village of Arncliffe and Amerdale dale, said to be the original setting of a popular British TV soap.

Onsite facilities include a toilet and shower block, a reception, two grassy areas for ball games and picnicking and an adventure playground. Glamping pod guests have access to ensuite toilet and shower facilities.

The nearest pub is the the Falcon Inn in Arncliffe, 5 minutes by car, and the nearest shops are in Kettlewell.
