About Field House Campsite
Nestled in the grounds of a working farm on the Yorkshire Wolds, this site is the perfect spot to enjoy stunning views of countryside. Just a short walk from the site you can find the Wold Rangers Way and Chakland Way walking trails, great for exploring the local surroundings. The site welcomes tents, caravans, campervans and motorhomes on spacious grass pitches. If glamping is more your thing, there is a bell tent which sleeps two adults and two children and is equipped with camp beds and chairs. Just bring bedding and camping equipment. The unique hot woodland showers are not to be missed. There's a washing up area, vanity sinks and compostable toilets also tucked away in the woodland. Meet the farm's resident donkeys Tiny Tim and Bonnie or collect your eggs from the chickens and enjoy a great breakfast. You can spot an abundance of wildlife at this site with red kites and buzzards flying over head and owls hooting. Grab a book from the woodland book swap and sit by the wild flower meadow whilst the butterflies flutter amongst the petals. Raised BBQs are welcome onsite with firepits and logs available for hire. Dogs are welcome to join you on your stay, however the bell tent is pet free.

There is a Tesco Superstore 15 minutes from the site and the Star Inn is just five minutes away.

Things to do on site and in the Driffield area
There are so many great cycling and walking spots nearby. The 44 mile circular Wold Rangers Way walking route can be accessed straight from the site and is a great way to spot wildlife. The Coast to Coast cycle route also runs through the site.
Head to the Yorkshire Coast and visit Selwicks Bay, just 40 minutes from the site. Here you can spot seals bathing in the sun and there are also plenty of charming towns and villages along the coast to explore.
York is also just 40 minutes away, visit a city with a rich history and Viking past. Have a stroll around the city and look out for the quirky independent shops around every corner.
