About Ettie's Field

Opened in 2018, this spot is all about quirky cool and offers a world away from the ordinary. Owned by Airstream tourers, this is somewhere you can get off the beaten track and experience boho chic. You'll find hardstanding pitches with electric and a fresh water tap, grass pitches some of which have electric and a fresh water tap and some of which don't but taps can be found nearby. The circle pitches with electric and water these are reserved for group bookings and custom rigs, these are situated at the top of the field and are the closest to the amenities. There are individual shower rooms with toilet and wash basins, and a male and female loo at the bottom of the field. Elsan and dish washing is at the top of the field near the shower rooms. Whether you're cruising in an Airstream, a beautiful vintage caravan, a Teardrop caravan, a cute and quirky VW van, an incredible motorbike, a bell tent, Glawning or any other interesting rig - you'll fit right in at this individual campsite!

Facilities and amenities

Site wide facilities include several toilet and shower blocks situated at different points of the campsite for easy access for all and you'll even find an eco compost loo!

Visit the clubhouse where you'll find a set of chic and cosy individual log pods, each housing a stylish compost toilet and shower - one male, one female, one unisex and one for families. There is also a washing up area. The dog friendly clubhouse is open daily with a toasty fire, coffee machine with honesty box and comfy sofas. The site's boho-tique shop sells beautiful bohemian homewares.

A note from the site themselves...

We named our Airstream Ettie after my Grandma, when we bought Ettie we put her in the field and called it "Ettie's Field" so when we were thinking of a name and we went through a few but it then dawned on us that we had already named it...Ettie's Field!

Ettie's Field is for everyone who loves camping and touring in a beautiful space. We have some wonderful residents here including four donkeys, Brahma chickens and roosters, three peacocks. four Nubian goats, two Highland cows and two Kune Kune Pigs.

Site rules and policies

Ettie's Field is unable to offer refunds to guests leaving before their booked departure date.

*Check-in is between 2pm-8pm. Check-out is by 12pm

*The speed limit on site is 5mph

* Outstanding pitch fees to be paid 30 days prior

*Generators on non electric pitches to be used only between the hours of 9am-6pm but the site reserve the right to ask you to turn the generator off.

*Children must be accompanied by an adult in the toilet and shower faciltiies, Clubhouse and Boho-tique.

*Dogs on lead at all times

*No smoking in the bathrooms or clubhouse

*No ball games, kite flying or frisbees on Ettie's Field

*No hanging of items (towels, washing, etc) on the rope in between pitches or on the fencing at the bottom of the site

*Quiet hens only!

*Low noise policy after 11pm

*Provisional bookings will be held for three days, if deposit isn't received within this period the booking will be cancelled.

*The only fires and BBQs (unless gas) allowed at Ettie's are the chimeneas on each pitch. No disposable BBQs

*Additional guests must be agreed with the owners prior to arrival

*Extra cars are £5 a day and must be approved by owners before your arrival.

*No food in the Clubhouse

Things to do on site and in the Atherstone area

Ettie's Field Clubhouse is open to all guests, open from 8.30am-6pm. You'll find sofas, a pellet stove and a coffee and tea corner with an honesty box to pop in your pennies! The Boho-tique is open from 10am-12pm and 2pm-5pm and open to non-guests on the weekend from 2pm-5pm.

Set between a treasure chest of different attractions and within close proximity to the A444 and A5, there is something for everyone in the local area. If you're with the family, a great place to start is the Bosworth Water Park, only around four miles away. Top that up with the local Ace Karting Centre and a journey around Plantasia for cracking family fun.

For those historians, stroll around the pretty streets of Market Bosworth just five miles from base, or visit the Bosworth Battlefied Heritage Centre.
