I highly recommend this place! The pods are clean and have all the facilities that you need, and if you need any extra, James and Julie are an absolute delight! You ask and you will definitely get it! The pod that we stayed can comfortably accommodate 4 adults or 2 adults & 2 children! The views are stunning and no money can pay for the peace and quiet of the place. We enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit. James was always a great help when we try to light up the fire. He is an amazing host. We visited the farm with James, definitely we advised everyone to do it, they have cows, alpacas, goats, lambs, chickens and pigs. York city centre is around 40/45min away. Near the farm, it's a variety of local shops, plus Tesco, Aldi and Lidl (10 min drive). We had eggs from Joseph (James and Julie's son). We give them 20 out of 10! A big thank you to James for his help and for being an amazing host! Can't wait to come back again soon, this time with our families!

Thank you so much to James and Julie for a wonderful stay. The pod was beautiful, elegant and superbly clean. All the facilities were brilliant, it was such a lovely nice weekend away for myself and partner. I will definitely be returning in the near future. 10/10 from us. Loved this place from start to finish. The pod was lovely and had everything we needed. Cosy and warm, home from home. The hot tub was wonderful and was powered by a log fire, we bought logs beforehand on site that were delivered to our pod. We also ordered the breakfast hamper, loved it. Wigwams are set in a large field, with firepits for outdoor dining. Loved the alpacas and chickens too. Cant wait to stay again, the perfect retreat.

My husband and I spent 2 nights for our anniversary. The site is nice and peaceful, the hot tub was really good and heated up quite fast. The views from the pod were beautiful and we enjoyed watching the Highland cows grazing away.

Really enjoyed our stay. The site was peaceful, clean and came well equipped. Everything we needed for the hot tub was thoroughly stocked for us every day. Location is a short drive or a walk to Thirsk. Only thing I would have liked is a welcome guide, explaining where switches are/ how to use the hot plates/ hot tub. We got there in the end with it all but it just took us a while. Would recommend and stay again.

Me and my partner wanted a few nights away for our anniversary, away from home and somewhere peaceful and relaxing. This was the perfect location for it, everything we needed was available in such a lovely location. Was greeted by James on arrival who ran us through how to use all the facilities, which was massively appreciated. The cabin was lovely and tidy, comfortable and plenty of privacy in the cabin and the hot tub. Thank you for having us.

Myself and my hubby have never tried this before, but I can honestly say it was a fantastic weekend away. We had so much fun, it's just so peaceful and the views are great as well. The owners are so welcoming and friendly. We are deffo going back. If you have never done this before, I recommend you do try.

Immaculate pods. Super clean. Built and presented to a great standard. Nice hot tub. Farm tour in the morning was so so. Wouldn’t bother with the fairy lights extra. Rest of the extras were worth it I think. Very friendly host.

The surrounding area is spectacular. Highly recommended you get the breakfast hamper and log bundle as hot tub is amazing. One of the beat glamping sites I've ever seen or stayed in.

We had a lovely night away for the husbands birthday, I loved the fact that you can book just one evening but would love to stay for longer. It's remote, cosy and scenic. Walks in the local area with Thirsk town only a 5-10 minute drive away. We highly recommend and would return.

I could not fault this place! We were both over the moon with the pod which had everything you needed inside and also the hot tub which was boiling hot upon arrival. The fire bundle for £15 is well worth the money and I will 100% be coming back in the near future!

Came away as group of 3 to celebrate a friend's 30th. Right from the start the communication from the hosts was fab, when we arrived the glamping pod was all set up with the extras we had purchased (at great prices too) and the hot tub was ready for use. The glamping pod itself was amazing, much bigger than expected, so clean and contained everything we needed for our stay - the animal bedding and crockery was a lovely touch 👌🏼 It was lovely weather which enhanced the stay, the views are lovely and it's so chilled and relaxed, we got to walk the farm and see the animals and James (owner) popped over to check everything was good and was very friendly and chatty (your 3 children are so lovely aswell ☺️ ). The fire pit is great for sitting around in the evening and cooking on, although the little kitchen is also very well equipped. The WiFi is great too. 5 stars all the way ⭐️ Would definitely book again and and recommend to anyone.

Water Hall Farm is just amazing. The surrounding views are unreal. And so many lovely walks. The pod was beautiful and very well equipped. Julie and James were lovely and very accommodating. They couldn't do enough to help. We will be returning again as we loved it so much.

What a lovely little place! One of the best pods we have stayed in, so clean, family run and friendly! From the start to finish, this place was great. The animals are so adorable too, very friendly, plenty of selfies with the alpacas. Hot tubs ready on arrival. Great location too
