About the site

This camping and glamping site is in the relaxed and tranquil environment of the South West. With a great many places within easy reach, there really is something for everyone! It's only a ten minute stroll to the Clay Trails or a handy ten minute drive in the car to the Eden Project. Pitch a tent on a non electric grass pitch or stay in a cosy bell tent that sleeps up to four, equipped with a double bed, picnic bench, fire pit, BBQ and covered awning. The whole site is small and friendly with a relaxed feel. Every pitch has a beautiful view and the setting includes hedgerows packed with wildlife, sheltering trees and stone walls. Canna Farm try to have a low environment impact on the beautiful surrounding Cornish countryside. Their eco ethos means that even their facilities are built with the environment in mind. They have compost loos that turn waste into nutrients, hot showers running on harvested rainwater and solar powered hot water for the handwash station. Individuals, couples, families are all welcome to enjoy the site, but dogs are not allowed in the bell tent. Pitch up to enjoy life by the campfire, views and starry, starry nights. BBQs welcome. Do note that this site is part of The Greener Camping Club and so at least one member of the booking party requires a membership - this is £12 for the year and can be bought upon booking.

Camping is available over the Easter holidays and then from May to September. The bell tents are available from May to September.

Small Tent - Non Electric Grass PitchesJul 2024

Lovely, quiet pitch with a lovely view. Great night's sleep, easy to get to with eco-friendly toilets and shower. It has a little shop so please support them. I bought my own beer but they had cheaper there and nicer! They have little fire pits as well and lovely chickens roaming around and two little piggies for the children to see as well. Nikki and Julian are the greatest hosts, don't forget to buy them a beer on leaving.

A great little site

Medium Tent - Non Electric Grass PitchesJul 2023

Our two night stay at Canna Farm Camp was delightful, and I am incredibly glad that this was the camp we chose. Neither myself or my two friends have stayed in Cornwall to camp before, so we had some uncertainties about what our experience would be like. Fortunately, we stumbled upon this hidden gem and I can say that I would recommend the camp to both experienced and casual campers. The facilities were easy to access and were environmentally friendly, the shop was wall equipped with any necessities you may need and the owner was incredibly kind and accommodating. She offered help if necessary and was there to greet us upon arrival to show us the site.
