Family owned and run since 1975, the Colwill family welcome you to Wooda Farm Holiday Park. Situated a mile and a half from the seaside town of Bude on the border of Devon and Cornwall, Wooda has beautiful sea views whilst overlooking the countryside too. Enjoy 5 star facilities for touring and camping, as well as an excellent bar, grill, tennis courts, fishing, an eatery and pitch 'n' putt golf. Archery and tractor rides in peak summer too!

Campsite has been well thought out and planned for all sizes of tents, caravans and motorhomes. Very children (of all ages) and dog friendly. Located close to Bude and easy access to the beaches and local facilities. Would highly recommend anyone to use this campsite. We will definitely return in the future.

We went here for only 2 nights as it is only 1 hour away from home and we wanted to try out our new motorhome. What a wonderful find! Everything was immaculate, the new shower block was like a 5 star hotel! The staff were all very friendly - we checked in a reception, had coffee in the lounge, ate in the courtyard as we had the dog with us and had cocktails on the terrace - all were really good. We spent the whole time on the site and walked the nature walk and woodland trail, then let the dog have a run in the huge exercise field which she loved. All in all, a 5* experience and we will definitely be back.

Very enjoyable stay with young grandchildren 6 and 7 years old. Lots of places to walk and the play park was very popular with our grandchildren.

I would recommend this site as it has little bit for everyone, adults/ children, and it is pet friendly. The staff are very helpful and polite, what is there not to like.

This is a fabulous site with fabulous facilities. The site is well laid out with plenty of space to explore all of the activities on offer. Pitches are well laid out and well kept, toilet and shower blocks are spotless and spacious, the new toilet block is better than most homes, and the site shop is well stocked. The bar and cocktail bar are an added bonus and food and drinks were faultless, live music on a Thursday is also a bonus. Lots of activities for all the family. There is a bus into the town but times are very limited, would be ideal if the site could offer transport to the town. The only niggle we had was that dogs are not allowed in the main bar, you either sit outside or are able to use the root room, this is fine but a little underwhelming compared to the look and feel of the main bar area. If you are a dog owner you also cannot sit inside the coffee shop or cocktail bar so if it's raining, you're a bit scuppered. This was a wonderful site though and we will definitely return and recommend to friends and family.

With regards to the Courtyard Bar and Grill not allowing dogs in the main bar area and only in the Root House, guests are welcome to sit outside when the weather is nice. Unfortunately, we need to offer an area that doesn't allow dogs as some of our guests have allergies to pets. As the Root House is slightly larger than The Courtyard Bar & Grill it was the sensible decision to make the Root House an option for guests who wanted to bring their dog/s with them when they wanted to eat. The Cocktail Bar does allow dogs inside, but unfortunately, they are not allowed in the Coffee Lounge due to food being served in this area, the soft furnishings, and low tables. Amazing site, the best we've been. Clean, modern fantastic facilities. Locality to Bude town beach, great short walk to pub, but bar and cafe are available on site too. Great play area for kids. Would definitely recommend

Lovely park with farm animals and lots of things to do. We enjoyed a peaceful, sunny afternoon fishing in the lake but the path down is a bit long and steep in places and we wished there were benches by the fishing lake. Really clean toilets and spacious showers, good entertainment and food looked great too. It's quite spread out, would have loved to interact with the alpacas but they weren't interested! Would revisit.

We stayed on a grass electric pitch. Lovely private pitches with hedges, which offer privacy and well-placed picnic tables. Showers and toilets were immaculate, which is a must for us. We walked into Bude and back which in hindsight we wouldn't do again. No bus service and negligible taxi service....none on Sundays. We loved this site and would definitely return

Unfortunately, there is no bus service to and from the park on a Saturday, Sunday or on a bank holiday which regrettably is beyond our control as the timetable is set by Go Cornwall Buses. The demand for a Taxi on a Saturday night in Bude is sometimes high, which does affect the availability of being able to book a taxi on a Sunday morning. Great park, very clean and tidy. Good pitches, although the pegs were very hard to get in and out of the hardstanding gravel. Local bus service was poor and taxis were few and far between. Overall a great holiday park let down maybe by the local services.

We have had some exceptionally hot weather recently so the ground is extremely dry, but we do advise guests to use 6 inch ground hog pens on the hard-standing area. I am also sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the Go Cornwall Bus service during your stay. Unfortunately, we can only pass onto customers the times given by them relating to the buses that stop at the park entrance. With regards to local taxis, there are several who operate in Bude, but as the holiday season in Bude intensifies obviously the demands increases. We hope to welcome you back to Wooda in the future. Unfortunately p79 plot is not really suitable for twin axle caravan. The slope is so steep on one side, my lock and level would not lift high enough to level the van. The facilities are immaculate and spotlessly clean and the location is ideal to visit both Devon and Cornwall places of interest. It is a real shame we were allocated that spot when there were lots of empty more level areas. I could have asked for a change but after trying to level my van for ages, I couldn't be bothered.

This pitch is listed as a flat individually screened hardstanding premier pitch with its own grey waste, water, and electrical connections. Partial sea views. Longer pitch so suitable for larger touring caravans and motorhomes, but not suitable for RV's. All our premier pitches are ¾ hardstanding and ¼ grass and we allow guests to set up how they wish as long as they remain within their boundaries. I am therefore sorry to hear that you found this pitch unsuitable for your twin axle caravan and if we had been made aware of this, we would have offered you some alternative pitches to stay. We appreciate the comments that you have made regarding our facilities being immaculate and spotlessly clean and the location of Wooda being ideal to visit places of interest in Devon and Cornwall. Great location. Well thought out pitches. Great facilities. Little touches like a herb garden, washing up liquid dispensers, microwave, dog shower, the list is endless! Lovely trial walk with fishing lakes.

Very welcoming, tidy and clean. Reception staff very friendly and the quiet hours are adhered too. Showers were very warm and powerful too. Big Park just round the corner from our pitch which was very handy with our 3 year old ! Shop on site has an incredible range of stuff inside. Everything you need ! Food onsite was really nice and reasonably priced ( the take away was much cheaper than the pub )

Absolutely lovely park, the cleanest and most friendly camp we have ever stayed in. They allowed us to check in early and even said goodbye when we left. We will be 💯 booking to stay here again, loved it. Also pitches are a very good size.

Little remote having to get taxi down to everywhere as we didn't have a car and there isn't enough facilities for us to eat.

Wooda is approximately one and a half miles from Bude and for those who do not have a car you can either travel to Bude on foot, by cycling, by catching a bus which collects from the entrance of Wooda or by taxi. Car hire is also an option and details are available at reception. Wooda has a Coffee House which offers hot drinks, pasties, sausage rolls and cakes, The Courtyard Bar & Grill serves meals in the evening and The Lodge Takeaway serves breakfast in the morning at the weekend and is also open in the evening throughout the week. Full details of opening hours are given to guests when they check in at reception and times are also displayed on blackboards on the park. The Park also has a farm shop which is open daily where food and drinks can be purchased. We hope to welcome you back to Wooda. Wooda Farm Holiday Park
