Located in the sweeping landscape of the Peak District National Park, Knotlow Farm is a tranquil campsite in an ideal location between Buxton and Bakewell. Great for campers and tourers, pitch up on one of the site's spacious camping fields (family-friendly or adults-only). For those glampers, choose a retreat in one of the pods with a hot tub! Many walking and cycling trails are nearby, including easy access to the famous Limestone Way.

Lovely site with well maintained and clean facilities. Our first night saw gale force winds where we were located and the lovely lady on reception allowed us to move to a sheltered area for our second night. Pizzas were fab! Thanks very much!
Great for a few days

Clean facilities and hot showers (just don't forget to bring your 20p's!). There is a nice pub that's only a 20 minute walk away and Bakewell is only a 15 minute drive.
Very good place to stay

I stayed here for one night just me and my dog. On arrival we had to check in at reception which was very easy, she told us where to pitch up and that’s all that was required. There was a useful info email sent the night before we were due to arrive. Stupidly I, without thinking, decided to drive furthest away from the toilets. Lots of choice in terms of where to pitch up There was a separate field for families and adults only which was nice. There was the option of buying food by pre ordering, I decided not to, but, if we were staying longer I definitely would’ve. Facilities were good. Felt clean and everything I needed, provided washing up liquid too. One of the better, if not best, prices I found. Will definitely be returning

Lovely place to stay in a glamping pod. Having the hot tub was ideal to relax, followed by a barbecue in the evening. Pods were clean but as it was shared toilet facilities with other campers, they weren't always the cleanest. Also, the location is ideal, as wasn't too far to drive to the places I wanted to visit.

Great little site. Stayed on my way up to Castleton and Edale for the weekend. Great, clean facilities and would definitely consider going back with the family. Nice walk into Monyash to the Bulls Head pub for food and a few beers.
What an amazing weekend

Booked as a last-minute stay after looking at other sites in the area at £30+ wasn't sure what the facilities would be like at £12 per night! What I received far exceeded expectations 😊 Large clean and tidy fields to camp in with loads of space separated fields for family and adults only sites. Large toilet and shower separated male and female areas and pot washing facilities block, again exceptionally clean. In the morning there was the option to buy breakfast to take away with coffee and tea from a machine, in the evening there was an option to buy freshly cooked pizza. All very tasty and reasonably priced Staff were very friendly and helpful. If you want to visit a pub, it's an easy walk over fields to Monyash, approx 1 mile and 20 minutes. Can definitely recommend this site 😊

Not been camping for nearly 40 years and my wife never before. But we had a blast at Knotlow Farm and will definitely be back for more and, next time, a longer stay. Loved the pizzas and the firepits and the location.
Excellent, quiet site with lovely facilities

Lovely campsite in the Peak District. Ice creams and pizza available from the farmhouse every night. Access to a lovely walk, surrounded by rolling hills and farm animals grazing. Recommend for peace and quiet.

Welcomed with a smile. Plenty of space with areas for quiet or family time. Nice walks from the site so you can just settle into your time away. Well maintained with clean facilities. Try the ice cream from the site shop - delicious 😋

What a lovely campsite! Really impressed with the set up here, simple but it has everything you need and the facilities were spotless. We stayed here with our kids (2 and 4) and dog - really handy having footpaths running past the farm for dog walks and the kids loved running about. Even though it was half term and quite a few families were camping (we all seemed to be on one part of the farm, I guess other sections kept child free for those wanting a quieter experience) it never felt crowded, there was plenty of space for everyone and the views of the surrounding farmland at sunset were really tranquil. Useful little shop on site too for a few essentials and we enjoyed the home made pizzas on one of our nights. Will definitely be recommending to friends and would love to come back again, there's so much left for us to explore on the surrounding area - next time we'll bring our bikes!

I had the pleasure of staying at Knotlow Farm camping fields for 4 nights. If you are looking to stay somewhere where it is quiet and peaceful, then this is the place to go. The site and shower blocks and toilets were kept immaculately clean and the staff were all very nice and polite.
Lovey relaxing site

We had a great stay over bank holiday weekend. We were in a lovely little field with adults only so it was quiet and peaceful, which suited us perfectly! The facilities were a short walk and were great! The pot wash area was inside and the sinks always clean. The bathroom facilities were very clean and the showers hot - you need 20p per 2 mins but not an issue at all. There is a small shop where you can get essentials and ice cream. They also do pizzas in the evening and breakfast naps. We didn't partake but plenty did! The fire pit was great for the evening as it did get cool. The location of the campsite is lovely and rural and it's only a couple of ks walk to the pub in Monyash. Overall a really lovely stay and would highly recommend.

We stayed recently, the campsite and the facilities were excellent but the location was quite out the way for local pubs etc. All in all, had a great stay!
