About the site
An ideal location for some family fun. This Devon holiday park offers something for everyone, from swimming pools and kids play areas, to live entertainment, a licensed bar and a gym and spa, this park is kitted out with everything you could possibly need! You'll find a variety of grass and hardstanding camping and touring pitches spread across four areas. There are over 300 spacious electric grass pitches suitable for tents, caravans, motorhomes and trailer tents. Caravans, campervans, motorhomes and RVs can also pitch between the Meadow Super pitches and the Haldon View pitches. These measure 12m x 10m and also come fully serviced with an electric, water and grey waste hook up. All of the hook ups are 10 amp and can be charged to a top-up card, with pitches allowing up to eight guests. Access to the swimming pools, play park and pump track are also included in your pitch price! There is also a range of quality accommodations to cater for all tastes and budgets, including safari tents and super comfortable family lodges. And with a host of outdoor and indoor sports and leisure facilities, fun and games are guaranteed. Four-legged friends are also more than welcome, with up to two allowed pet pitch. There is an onsite dog wash and dedicated walking field, plus the dog friendly marquee bar (open end of May to September) with live music most evenings. BBQs are also welcome onsite as long as they are raised from the ground, though fire pits are prohibited. If you don't fancy cooking, the onsite restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner with a great range for little ones!

Great site, really peaceful and quiet this time of year. Although I expect it to be very busy during summer periods, the place is huge. Everything we found was of a great standard, and excellent value for money. We will definitely come back again.

Great facilities with a swimming pool and sauna, so it was great for all ages. The entertainment team were really good, great evening shows which were varied and lots going on for children, morning and evening. Our grandson, aged 4, thoroughly enjoyed it. Clean facilities on site. We stayed in our own motorhome so didn't use the accommodation, although I was told it was of a high standard. The pitches for the motorhome were really nice and you had water and electric to each pitch. You had to pay for electricity if you went over the allocation, but that was not a problem. All the staff were friendly and helpful too. All washrooms were very clean. We are hoping to visit again.

Just a 20 minute walk away, Dawlish Warren Beach offers golden sands, gentle waves, and a nature reserve full of wildlife. It's great for sunbathing, swimming or spotting rare birds.
Teignmouth Grand Pier (15 minutes) is a classic seaside attraction offering stunning views across the Devon coast. Stretching out over the sea, the pier is home to a traditional arcade packed with fun games, from penny pushers to modern video machines.
