First time visit to Oaklea. Exceptionally clean with all facilities on the door step. Location great no more than 20 min drive to beaches or seaside towns. Lovely welcome, didn't take us long to pitch the awning and settle in! Would definitely recommend a visit, I will be going back for sure ๐

Although a little isolated, there are superb places to visit locally. The site is immaculate with every facility you need. All clean, working and in a relaxed environment. Superb! Only just started my van journey but from what I have seen so far, Oaklea is going to be very hard to be beaten.

With only six hardstanding pitches and the camping field slightly separate, Oaklea feels very private and peaceful. New shower and toilet facilities are spotlessly clean and pretty luxurious by some standards! The site used to be a vineyard and guests are encouraged to take a walk around the fields, which are all tranquil and ideal for morning dog walks, as is the fenced dog field. The owners are helpful and friendly. Our pitch in the corner was private and spacious, with views of the sunset across the fields. It did lack a bit of sunlight to dry clothes, but that wasn't a big deal. Martletwy is a tiny village, with a decent location south west of Narberth and north west of Pembrokeshire's idyllic coastline. We found it excellent for getting everywhere, although if you don't like to drive every day, we found a few OS marked footpaths haven't been maintained, so check before you head out. A visit to the cafe at Lawrenny Quay on your way out and the Cresselly Arms on your way home are recommended.

Lovely owner, spotlessly clean toilets and shower and huge pitches. Really excellent enclosed dog walking area. Perfect central location for Barafundle, Tenby and Narbeth, all in easy driving distance. Loved the games room.

Really lovely campsite. Clean, tidy shower cubicles were fantastic. Hot water in shower and washing up area. This campsite is lovely, want to keep it all to myself and not say how great the owners are. They have transformed this site into a place I want to come back to, time and time again. Clean and tidy showers, so nice. Good place for bringing your dog as well. Lots of thought gone into making the site great for adults and children.
Just perfect!

Perfect campsite. Small, quiet and has everything you need. Immaculately clean toilets and showers and fields kept in very good condition. It had a small games room, communal fridge, freezer, washing machine, pot-washing facilities, use of firepits if you wanted to borrow one, pet friendly. Site owners are very friendly, helpful and easy to get in contact with and even let us borrow a longer electric hook up as ours was a little short. Definitely recommended for a peaceful, friendly stay!

An amazing site which was well presented and demonstrated the owners hard work and the time they have put into it. The enclosed dog field was large and a lovely place for our staffing to stretch her legs and run! The extended walk beyond the field which encompassed woodlands, streams and more fields was a lovely addition where the dog was also able to run free and explore! The facilities were great and kept spotless! This is a site to return to, year after year.

A beautiful campsite set in the stunning Pembrokeshire countryside. It is clear the owners work tremendously hard to make sure the facilities are spotless and that their customers' needs are met.

We booked the shepherds hut for two nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were greeted by the owner, who was lovely and explained the site. Everything is provided other than towels and wine. It included a fridge/freezer, running water, our own fire pit, an outside table with chairs and a heater if you're cold. The first night we were shattered and didn't want to go back out, so we ordered a Chinese for delivery from 'Tasty Garden'. Proper Glamping! The beds are comfy, toilets are clean and the showers were perfect. Would we go back? Yes definitely. If I was asked to give any feedback, it would be that you don't know if the toilet or showers are occupied, so you have to try all the handles to see if one opens? Once in and locked, you're almost guaranteed to have someone try to get in with you.

We were impressed with the overall cleanliness and tidiness of the site. The newer toilet and kitchen block was wonderful, no standing in the rain whilst washing up! We also enjoyed having the games room and football area allowing those that wanted to to have a quiet five at the tent. The night sky was absolutely stunning, just a shame the weather wasn't ideal for sitting out and making the most of it. Maybe a future trip for husband and I in the shepherds huts.
One night stay lovely but a little pricey

Very good campsite. Nice and peaceful if that's what you require, spotless throughout. Only downside is that it is quite pricey considering that there isn't a lot to do on site.

A lovely stay at Oaklea. Jane and her family are really friendly, always around and great to have a chat to. The site is immaculately kept. The toilets and shower rooms are always clean and lovely, and so is the washing up room. The games room is great for families and there is also a drying room for your wet suits and beach shoes and towels. It was a great base to explore Tenby, Saundersfoot, Pembroke, Haverfordwest, Narbeth and Wisemans Bridge. Our caravan plot was really big and very private and peaceful. Would definitely recommend and we'd love to return again.

My family and I were very pleased with our stay. Friendly and accommodating owners, toilet and shower blocks, were very clean and well stocked. The park is located near Tenby and many beauty spots, beaches, castles, and theme parks. We are looking forward to our next stay at the end of the month!
