The site welcomes tents, tourers and RVs across spacious grass pitches with the option of electric. Providing a peaceful haven for guests and a refuge for wildlife, the site has been awarded the David Bellamy Conservation Gold Award with plenty of countryside walks nearby too!

We haven't been camping for over 30 years, and decided to try out the idea of a motorhome. After 2 weeks in Scotland, we decided not to rush home and break the journey here. We would have loved to stay longer, but had to return the motorhome to the hirer. We now have a caravan, didn't like the motorhome, and will definitely be back for a longer stay.

We stayed at Stenningford water park not knowing what to expect and it was brilliant, we were facing the river. If you haven't a mover, they did it for you and it was not too much trouble for them as they suggested it, they couldn't do enough for you making your stay really relaxing and nothing was too much trouble. Very polite and suggesting places to visit. #I can't speak highly enough of them and we will be back ๐๐๐๐๐๐

Beautiful setting for a campsite. A nice distance to walk into town, facilities were good with a little shop. We were in the hardstanding by the water side, which was excellentโฆwould use again.

Beautiful well kept site. Plenty room with spacious pitches. Amenities were absolutely spotless. Direct access to the river. Shop on site. 25 minute walk into the local village with 2 nice pubs. Would definitely stay again.

Very warm welcome, fantastic riverside pitch, 5-star facilities, washroom, laundry and freezer. Onsite shop. Free fishing and kayak launching. We will definitely return.

Just stayed the one night. Idyllic location well away from any roads. The pitches are scattered along well kept grassed areas, it was so nice to see wild flowers growing around the well established trees. The site runs alongside a river. It was very peaceful and there was lots of grassed areas for children to play. We will certainly stay again. There is a shop on site but if you want anything else, Morrisons is a 10 min drive away.

We had a fabulous stay at Sleningford Watermill. We felt immediately welcome at our check-in and were given lots of useful information. We were on a non-electric pitch, so were able to choose where to pitch our site. We had a lovely position right next to the river with only a short walk to the shower block and to the water. The site is absolutely beautiful and clearly focuses on conservation. It is so peaceful and tranquil. The facilities here are outstanding. The shower block and wash-up area were immaculate each and every time we visited them. We had two dogs with us. Dogs are not allowed off the lead anywhere in the park, however, it's only a very short walk out of the site and dogs can run freely along a riverside pathway to the village. It takes 15 mins at most. We had lunch at the pub and the beer garden is right on the river too. We cannot wait to visit again and next time stay for longer.
