Beautiful location and very quiet. I enjoyed the "no music" rule as this meant our stay was peaceful and the kids could get to sleep just listening to the sounds of the sea. Lots of space - we were able to park right next to our tent, and could pitch up anywhere. Big wide space perfect for kids to play football. Toilet block & shower were cleaned hourly and always stocked with toilet paper. Showers were hot, which was nice after a day in the less-than-warm sea! Café was welcoming and friendly - board games to play, a nice selection of hot and cold drinks plus a few cakes/crisps etc. We were unsure as to opening times as couldn't find this information and this meant a fairly long walk down there to find it closed at 8.45am when we wanted milk for our breakfast. Tricky, when the location is quite remote and no local shops! We never made it down to the beach as the kids decided they didn't want to attempt the steep path down. However, we saw lots of other people coming and going so it is doable! We were happy to drive the 15 minutes to Abersoch beach.
Gorgeous views - a gem!

What a view! This campsite is off the beaten track but that adds to the charm of this gem. We stayed for four nights in August, when you think it would be lovely weather. Sadly, when we arrived, the wind was very very strong, making it tricky to put up the tent. I guess it was a risk at a location so close to the sea, but after a blustery night when the morning came and you could look out across the sea, it made the tent battle worth it. There is a stunning, quiet beach a short walk down from the the site. The path down is uneven and you do need to scramble at the end, but it's worth the trip! Half way through the week we ended up getting a flat battery on our car on a day we'd booked a day out… it could have been a disaster but the owners were amazing and jump started our car so we could be on our way. Above and beyond! This campsite is peaceful but welcome of families with plenty of space to play. It is camping at it's simplest, something we loved the most about it! The facilities were ample for what you needed. Two showers and two toilets per male and female and, despite visiting in the peak of the summer holidays, we never queued for either - all the facilities were very clean and well maintained. It is a bit of a walk to the loo of you are at the far end of the site but it never became a problem for us. Some lovely places to visit just a short drive away. Gorgeous beach at Abersoch with parking close to the beach and little café doing take away at the car park end. Also a café at the harbour side a walk down the beach. Highly recommend Greenwood Park, just shy of an hour away, if you are in the area with children! Big thank you to the team there for the warm welcome, the jump start and for opening up this special view for visitors.

Fantastic location with breathtaking scenery. Site owners very welcoming and friendly. Very peaceful and the no-music policy means everyone can enjoy the sounds of the waves at night. The nearby beach is ideal for water lovers and the lack of light pollution means the night skies are a wonder to look at. Diolch yn fawr!

Amazing location, lovely facilities. This isn't a big commercial site but if you are looking for a friendly, clean, quiet site this is the one for you. The path to the beach is tricky but, it's worth it as the beach is superb. This is my new favourite site in the UK. Lovely coffee shop too.

Beautiful views from the camping field. Owners so friendly and helpful. Although only 2 female showers and toilets and 2 male showers and toilets, they were always clean and never had to wait even though the site was busy.

This was such a brilliant campsite - situated on a beautiful cliff. A bit windy - obviously… but at least there were no midges!! The couple that own this site were so friendly and accommodating, such a lovely, reasonable place to stay. The only downside - if you call it that, was that it was a bit of a walk to the facilities, but frankly this seemed a very small place to pay for such a spectacular place!

Amazing campsite and facilities located in a cliff overlooking a gorgeous beach. Access to the beach via the cliff is fun and the beach is like your very own private beach. Everyone we met was kind and friendly. The bell tents look brilliant and we have booked to come back.

Wonderful welcome, the team were always happy to help throughout our stay. As expected, the campsite isn't sheltered so we experienced a variety of weather conditions, which all added to the experience. The facilities are basic but were always clean. The shower was always hot and we never needed to queue. The site is well maintained and clean. The coffee shop was lovely. The access to the beach is a little bit of a scramble, but worth it. It was very peaceful. There was enough space to not feel overlooked by neighbouring tents. We had a brilliant time and will definitely be going back.

Great location, facilities were basic but all we needed. Being right next to the beach was beautiful and a 15 min drive from Abersoch too meant we could venture a little further. Weather was a little disappointing but all the more reason to visit again when it's sunny.

Spent a great couple of days enjoying this campsite with a view. The owners let you get on with your holiday with an absence of fuss. Common sense and courtesy was all that was required.

If you want to have a peaceful getaway with stunning sea views then look no further than this site. Whilst the weather was not perfect every day, this would not stop us from returning. The toilet facilities are very well maintained and clean, but may be limited if the site was full. There is an onsite café, which also has some snacks, and is run by the site owners with very reasonably priced drinks.

Beautiful campsite, will definitely book again. Facilities excellent. Ensures that pitches are at least 6 meters apart. Allows dogs and campfires off the ground. Beach is gorgeous.

A wow moment as you approach the site. Extraordinary view of the coast. You feel an instant calmness as you arrive. Check in at cafe then go pick your own pitch. Cliff top field is a long length holding 50 pitches. What makes this place extra special is the personal touch. Mark the manager and his wife were friendly, supportive and helpful. I would say the only addition I would make is a small food shop with basics. I forgot dog food. Thankfully the site manager brought some of his own supply to our tent. How kind. We will return x

The only thing that let this place down was the path to the beach. But if my little ones can do it several times, it was worth every penny/minute spent.
