Welcome to our small off-grid eco camping and glamping site. As a family-run farm, we're passionate about sharing the beauty of the local countryside with our campers.
Ian and I have been married for over 9 years and have two young boys, Jack and Sam, as well as a grown-up daughter named Ellie. We moved to the countryside from Wallheath in the Black Country when I was 30, and we've been farming together ever since.
My inspiration for the site was my family holidays in the 70s and 80s when we stayed on a farm just outside Barmouth. The farmer was allowed just three caravans at a time in his hay field, and it was a magical experience that I wanted to recreate for others.
It's our upcycled project with a low carbon footprint, and we're proud to offer our guests the chance to get back to nature.
We can't wait to welcome you and share our love for the countryside with you,
We would definitely recommend this site if you want to be well away from it all. We live in the South East where there is continual noise but at By the Red Phone Box it is tranquil. Nice! The little shower/toilet/basin unit was clean and was just what was needed. Not too much, not too little.
When you go to a site like this one, you want to get away from modern paraphernalia and By the Red Phone Box just hit the nail on the head.
Our dog loved it too and sends her best woofs to all who stay there.

Sprinter-Type Campervan - Non Electric Grass PitchesMay 2023
Lovely off grid campsite. So peaceful and quiet. We stayed Friday to Sunday.
Cycled into Tenbury Wells on the Saturday which was fun downhill and a challenge up hill 🤣
Met Emma, the owner, who was really friendly and she answered any questions we had about our mini break before we arrived. Will definitely be back to this beautiful area soon.
