Red Squirrel Campsite is perfect for families, adventure seekers and hikers. Wild open pitches allow you to have the freedom to pick and choose your pitch. There is a pub just a 15 minute walk from the site. Either a short drive, or woodland walk into the village are a few more restaurants and a local shop.

this is a gem of a campsite wonderful location stunning views very friendly host's. This campsite is located perfectly for seeing a lot of the site's to see we climbed ben nevis visited loch ness climbed round the 3 sisters weather was very kind we were lucky with that. toilets and showers were kept clean and tidy. we recommend the curry off the food van absolutely gorgeous excellent value for money. we stayed 5 nights and will definitely return.

It was a good location for us, we were doing the NC500 in our VW campervan. There was mostly tents there, younger people than us,but we didn’t feel out of place, everyone was enjoying the campfires, the river running close by and the lovely weather. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

What a fantastic site, all the joys of wild camping, but with everything you need to keep you warm, dry, stocked up on freezer blocks, (massive freezer, no fighting for space, that's ace) and well fed. Liam and rest of staff are great, helpful when needed, unintrusive when not. The toilets are very well kept, never once did I have to wipe urine off the seats (first time anywhere) always stocked up with paper. This place is great, open fires, bbqs, streams and streams, trees and mountains. Thanks for a awesome stay.

We camped right at the rivers and fell asleep each night to the sound of running water! There was a lovely van on site serving many breakfast items and dinner for our stay, all of which was excellent value for money with massive portions.

The campsite itself is situated in the heart of Glencoe, off an easily accessible road between mountains, woods and a river. It was quite busy when we arrived on a Saturday but we still managed to find a pitch with a firepit, a great bonus! Lovely views of the mountains from every angle, and close by are many walks and the Clachaig Inn. Facilities were good, the staff very friendly, would definitely recommend!

Loved the location. Was our first time camping in the tent and we had a great time. The only thing was that there were stones below the grass which made it a bit uncomfortable for us to sleep, may be that's how it is. But no complaints, would definitely recommend.

The best campsite we've ever been to! The area is absolutely gorgeous, the campsite well organised. Plenty of space for everyone, wide range of setups possible, feels like wild camping, but with all the conveniences available. Bathrooms very clean and never too busy. Staff very knowledgeable and friendly. Will definitely be back when in the area!

My son and I had high expectations after seeing other reviews and social media before we arrived and boy, we were not disappointed at all. In fact it was even better than we could have hoped for. The location is absolutely breath-taking, the facilities are well maintained and extensive and the staff were fantastic. There are some great walks right on your doorstep, and a fantastic pub just a 10 minute walk down the road. We even had decent weather during our stay! We will definitely be returning as soon as we can!

This campsite is now one of our favourites. Plenty of spaces to pitch up your tent without being cramped. Very clean facilities. Firepits everywhere available to use. Handy food van on site and an ice cream van that visits. Very friendly staff. Remote enough to feel like you're in the wild but not too remote that you're out of the way.

We turned up later than we'd hoped so we couldn't fully experience the surroundings. The staff are very welcoming, helpful and friendly. It's a bigger site than we thought it would be. However, it's well thought out and very peaceful. The facilities are clean and the showers are good. There is also an excellent pub 10 minutes walk up the road. The only downside was the midge invasion in the morning! There was a broad spectrum of people staying from couples like us, groups of friends, families, people in tents and people with campers.

Very welcoming. Very helpful. Fire pits on site and a short walk to Clachaig Inn for a beer and excellent food. Couldn't wish for a better secluded campsite in the true wilds of Scotland. Amazing scenery everywhere you look.
