Great site with good facilities. Only down side is the slope on the pitches is very steep.

Just returned after a 2 night stay and had a great time. Would highly recommend! We took 2 little boys and they loved the park. The facilities were well adapted for a small child, which made showering easy. Only downside were the noisy peacocks but even so, they were great to watch parading up and down the site. We will definitely be returning.

Had a great stay at Barn Farm with friends, lovely site for both adults and kids, placed in a lovely village. Not our first visit, but this time the showers were not as clean as before and the mop for cleaning the showers after use was not there- only a small thing. Will definitely visit again.

Probably one of the nicest campsites I've stayed on in a long long time. Facilities are great, clean and plentiful. Site is stunning, the views are amazing and it's beautifully maintained. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The cost is also fantastic, such good value for hardstanding with electric. The peacocks add character and something different for the kids.

Just a great place to camp. We were on a 'Dads & Kids' weekend and the kids enjoyed it, and so did the Dads. Will definitely be returning. Well done Barn Farm 👍🏻❤️

This campsite is amazing! So spacious and the facilities are all clean and there is a lot of them. The kids loved the park and the games room. The peacocks roaming around was a huge hit. We definitely recommend it, and will be coming back.

Lovely, edge of village location surrounded by beautiful countryside with plenty of wildlife to see including resident Peacocks. Ideal for walking/cycling, plenty of routes from the doorstep. Ideally situated for visiting Derbyshire attractions including Chatsworth House, Haddon Hall, Bakewell and Matlock Bath. Campsite itself is seriously great value (we camped) and has several, fields for camping/caravan/ campervan etc, with electric hook up available. Really well-equipped site, with good clean facilities to include an outdoor play area, games room, fridges and freezers, and a small well-stocked shop. Excellent showers, wash and toilet areas, which were kept clean throughout our stay. Definitely recommend, we just didn't stay long enough and plan to go again!

Great site, kept in superb condition, really clean and with friendly staff in an idyllic location. Sadly our stay was let down on the last two nights by a group of about 4 caravans who clearly knew each other and stayed up drinking and playing loud music and being excessively noisy until around 11pm, showing very little respect or consideration for others on the site. No visible staff around to deal with their noise.

What a fabulous site. Spotlessly clean, great facilities. Lots of showers. Friendly staff. The peacocks are beautiful and wander around happily but don't make a pest of themselves. Cannot recommend this site highly enough. Beautiful location and immaculate. We have enjoyed every moment there. Can't wait to return.

Really enjoyed staying here. Where better than a camper van next to a field of alpacas, with a view of the Peak District? Great facilities, and amazing walks up to the Nine Ladies stone circle. Highly recommended!

Had a lovely stay here over the weekend. Facilities are always clean. Even though the campsite was relatively busy, there was no waiting around for the use of any facilities. The landscape around was beautiful.

We had a lovely break this weekend. We only live 30 minutes away, so it was a short drive to get there. A beautiful campsite with amazing views. The staff were lovely and the facilities were great. Seeing peacocks roaming around on the site was an added bonus even though there were quite vocal, which did not bother us in the slightest. We will be coming back for sure😀

We loved this campsite, which had fantastic views and had loads of space, even though it was fully booked. There is a small area with some communal games (table tennis, basket ball hoop) by reception, which was a nice touch.

Great site, friendly staff and very clean. Only let down by noise from other campers until 0100 hrs. Fair to say they weren't out chatting till this time, but noise travels at night.

Lovely site in a beautiful location. The site listed WiFi was available but this was only available near to reception and not in the field we camped in, which was disappointing and our autistic son was upset. I had cancelled a booking at a campsite because WiFi was not available and was careful to choose another that listed WiFi for our son. Driving through the village of Birchover to the campsite was tricky towing a caravan; the village road was incredibly bumpy, and parked cars made it difficult to navigate driving uphill. The local bus just missed us on its way down the bendy road!

Our first visit here, perfect location in the heart of the Peak District with beautiful scenery. Lovely setting with helpful staff, lovely amenities and a brill on-site shop. Cannot fault this place, kids want to come back next year- we would gladly oblige.

Great little site in a nice part of the UK. Two pubs within walking distance and good walks from the site. However Peacocks can get a little annoying at 5 in the morning😁
