We booked from 11th and stayed an extra day as the weather so good. The gentleman in reception was very helpful and friendly. Very good service. The site is kept clean and the grass is well maintained. The facilities are good as this is not a huge commercialised site. The pool was okay and so are the children's play areas. The site is on a hill so caravans need levelling quite a bit. It is very good value for money, although having to pay for a dog seems rather unfair. No dog showers provided. We would certainly come to this site again.

Fantastic stay, amazing campsite and great facilities, perfect for a family holiday. We had a couple of meals in the bar and both were excellent, especially on pizza night. There's so much for children to do on site during the day and in the evening. If you want to venture out, we loved Ilfracombe which isn't far.

Excellent campsite. We didn't stay on the site much as we like to explore, but on the days and evenings we did, we had a lovely time. We will definitely be back 😎

I would recommend this site. Staff all friendly. Facilities great. Shower block very clean. Beaches are a 15 minutes drive. Plenty to keep kids entertained with lots of space to play. Great onsite park and pool. Only bad thing was evening entertainment, maybe could have games for kids. Bingo would be good too. Overall, a great place to stay. Would go again.

Our stay was fantastic. There was a lot to do on site & a great location - too many places to visit. Everything was great value for money, from booking, to activities & eating on site. Staff were very friendly and helpful all facilities cleaned regularly. Would have been great to have a family changing room in the swimming pool or in field facilities. We are definitely returning.

Great site for younger families. Lots to entertain the kids. Toilets and shower blocks regularly cleaned to a high standard. Staff very helpful and polite. Only negative was that ball games etc were played around the pitch areas so our car and tent were regularly hit by flying balls, and other toys. Might have been a bit more user friendly to have the sports field a little more central so that parents can easily check the kids are ok as it was quite a trek to walk there.
Dissapointing!

I booked this campsite for the location and that they had a indoor swimming pool and crazy golf as I took my 14 year old son. The good bits - The had very clean showers/toilets. Well managed site. The bad bits - You are charged extra for everything! The pool, the crazy golf! The animal petting room. I asked if they had a freezer to re-freeze my blocks. No, but you can hire them! On the last day, we had to be packed up by 10 and decided to treat ourselves to breakfast while our tent dried, and there was no where to eat breakfast! The on-site grocery shop is so expensive! £1.40 for a tiny limp iceberg lettuce! The site was very noisy well into the early hours of the morning. I certainly won't be returning

Great holiday park. Lots of room. Pitches are plenty big enough, park for the kids and lots of other facilities. Shower block was clean and tidy and well looked after too.

Park was safe enough and had some nice facilities for our 6 year old however for younger or adults there's not much there. There are a couple of outdoor parks, and an evening show for the kids but mostly everything costs extra, including the swimming pool and crazy golf! The soft play was far too small for the number of kids on site with nobody controlling the chaos and the shower cubicles you could just about turn around in. I think they could benefit from having more facilities for adults and children throughout the day that doesn't cost extra.

Stayed in field 5, good pitches but on a incline. Luckily we had blocks so we had no problem levelling our caravan. Shop was well stocked, little overpriced but still reasonable. Saves traveling to nearest supermarket which was about 20 mins away. Shower block was always very clean and showers were excellent. Food in the restaurant and bar was very good and the staff very welcoming. One thing we thought was a little off-putting was that dogs are allowed in the restaurant bar area. One large party allowed their dog on the table and staff seemed to turn a blind eye.

Second time we've been to Stowford Village, picked because of its location. Pitches are a good size and the site is near to Woolacombe beach & Ilfracombe. This is a nice family site, with plenty of clean shower facilities, pot washes and laundry. There is a swimming pool that is paid for. It's quite small but because of the booking system not overcrowded! The only negative is the club house facilities- they are rather tired and dated.

Facilities were always clean, our pitch was fairly level, but some others had a slope. WiFi isn't great. We didn't get a welcome pack on arrival but got one part way through our stay. The info in it would have been helpful at the beginning. Overall, it's a good site!

Nice clean campsite, good value for money. Lovely food. Leading up to before the busy season, some bars were not open which was fine but didn't know before booking. No entertainment.

This is a great site to stop at. Everything is very clean, from grounds to toilets - couldn't fault it. The burger van on site is one of the best I've ever been to - the service was outstanding and more like restaurant standards Dogs very welcome with good exercise areas for them.

Fantastic site, well kept pitches and good sizes, very clean facilities, friendly helpful staff. Only small criticism is that the showers are very hot - not brilliant with small children.

Needs more lights at night around the tent areas, as it is pitch black. Need more bins around the campsite, especially in the dog exercise area. Accommodates more for caravans, rather than tents. This campsite is quite far from any shops, there is one on site but it shuts at five.
