About Campfire Weekends
Running at weekends only, the site is situated at Great Danegate Farm within the High Weald. Pitch up in this peaceful corner of the countryside on the camping field surrounded by sweeping views and bordered by woodland. Pitches are not allocated, meaning you're free to choose your favourite spot on the field. All pitches are on grass and for tents only, giving you plenty of space and time to roam the countryside via the local footpaths and bridleways. To help keep this a tranquil base, the age limit here is 21 and over. There's a communal campfire for toasting marshmallows. Private campfires are allowed on wood burning grates raised off the ground, if you don't wish to stray too far from your tent (and you can hire the kit you need on site). Well behaved dogs are allowed on the site.
The site is open from 24th May to 8th September for weekends.
