Lovely campsite with nice views. Facilities were basic, but clean most of the time. Only downside is only one shower in the women's, and one in the men's. Really good location, will definitely stay again. Would have been nice to see someone who worked there as I didn't see anyone throughout the whole 3 nights.
Site's response
Hi Emily, there are 2 additional showers available in the washroom nest to the ladies loos. I saw and spoke with most of our guests at some point over the weekend, I'm sorry I didn't manage to speak to you. Please understand that the August Bank Holiday is the busiest weekend of the year for us and I was also trying to spend time with my family too.
Wonderful location and easy access

This site is a wonderful base for walks along the North Downs. Lots of space and facilities although basic more than adequate.

Very peaceful site. Basic facilities but had a rustic charm which is what you would expect from a working farm. We would definitely stay again.

Location is set in absolutely outstanding countryside, ideal for backpacking, walking, and cycling. However, we needed a one night stop as a long journey break from the continent, not far from Eurotunnel and complete tranquillity for a good sleep, hot shower and move on...which this site served brilliantly. Facilities are basic and clean. However no obvious reception or way of communicating with the site other than email...we pitched, slept, washed and left...
Great location and lovely stay

We had a lovely stay at Dunn Farm. It's in a beautiful part of Kent with lots of amazing countryside and villages to visit. Strawberry field is a great big field with lots of space between pitches. I woke up with the sun shining, the dog and BF next to me and the horses whinnying in the next field. Couldn't ask for more.

Had a wonderful couple of days. Literally only 20 mins from our home, but this was our last camp of the season and first time here. Relaxing, peaceful and spacious pitches. Exactly what we were after. Appreciate it was much quieter than a bank holiday and believe this often gets much busier. For those travelling back to the continent, I think it's an ideal stopover within reach of the M20. Loved the fact we were on a working farm and guests should appreciate it for what it is. We used electric hook-up, toilets and showers were nice enough, definitely no complaints.

On of the few campsites actually on the North Downs Way. Basic site, but you don't need more when backpacking. Good value for money.

If you like long walks in the beautiful North Downs, this is the perfect campsite. That said, the long walk to the toilet and shower was less fun. Pleasant camping field with basic water point at either end, surrounded by fields of sheep, horses and hedgerows full of birds. Road noise from the main road was surprisingly loud but not to the point that you couldn't block it out. Firewood was waiting for us as arranged (once us townies had worked out what an 'apple bin' actually was!) To my knowledge, we never saw the owner once and had you needed any assistance or had an emergency, I'm not sure what the drill was to be honest. Great location but we prefer somewhere a bit more friendly. An initial welcome would have been nice, even if only on a laminate stuck to the gate.
Site's response
Sorry I didn't get to meet you Sarah, I was away visiting friends during your stay. Contact details for urgent issues are usually provided with the confirmation emails that are sent out. Other than that, our approach to running the campsite is a light touch, we try not to overload our guests with instructions and signs etc and instead rely on our visitors studying the information on our website and the welcome emails. Our regular visitors come back time after time - there is definitely nothing unfriendly about us or our campsite! Gordon.

A wonderful campsite, really helpful people around and a very quiet rural location. We even met the farms Spring lambs! Showers and toilets were clean and well-maintained. Worth noting that one of the routes to the location is down a very narrow, windy road which was a bit small for our large van. We made sure to come via Westwell for a better drive. Would 100% recommend and stay again.

Peaceful and lovely campsite. Little bit confusing on arrival as there's a caravan in a field before. An extra sign would help. Massive pitches which add to the peace and quiet. We loved seeing a great big family group having fun, but couldn't hear them. Will be back!

We loved the location of the campsite, the pitches are large and the we had the freedom to park where we liked. We were in the Brocks Paddock, which we couldn't find until we read the bottom of the e-mail. The facilities are a bit of a distance away, but there are plenty of showers and toilets, fridges, and washing up facilities.

Site is great. It is a bit of a walk to the facilities and bins. I felt it was expensive for basically a park in a field. If the local pub had been open and served meals, the site would not be an issue, but it is closed for refurbishment. Bearing in mind this is a farm, then its acceptable.

Had the most wonderful stay at Dunn Street for our first ever camping trip, the relaxed check in and check out times was an absolute bonus and is why we have already booked to return next week. Stunning location and the children loved walking over to see the sheep, goats and chickens.

Easy to book, easy to find, & clean facilities. We had our campervan at an EHU pitch. Just turn up and choose an available pitch, great! It was very quiet and we were happy to let the kids explore on their own. Communication is only via email but they are very responsive and accomodating.
