Nestled just ten minutes from Dartmouth, Quarry Lake Camping is a rural site offering a back to basics experience. The small site is based on a working farm with non allocated grass pitches for tents and trailer tents. Only ten minutes from the picturesque Blackpool Sands and 30 minutes from Dartmoor National Park, the site is surrounded by natural beauty. Enjoy beautiful walks and exploring the South Devon AONB.

About Quarry Lake Camping
Get back to basics and be immersed in picturesque walking county. This small pop up site offers an idyllic base just ten minutes from Dartmouth, yet away from the crowds and noise of busy towns and seaside resorts. The site offers non electric grass pitches, each allowing up to six guests with no designated boundaries so there is plenty of space to spread out. From your pitch, you can enjoy elevated views of the surrounding countryside and over the farm's own fields filled with sheep and cows. Due to the rural location, you will often spot visiting wildlife too! Evenings can also be spent cooking up a BBQ, as long as it is raised from the ground. Please note, open fires are not permitted. Dogs are welcome on site, but please keep them on the lead and do not leave them unattended.

Things to do on site and in the Dartmouth area
Just ten minutes away is the ancient naval town of Dartmouth where you can visit many interesting sites or catch a boat trip up the River Dart or maybe a fishing trip and wildlife.
A ten minute drive will also take you to the stunning beach of Blackpool sands where you can either go for a dip in the sea or hire kayaks and go exploring yourself. There are many cycle routes nearby, along with hidden bridal paths and walking trails.
