About the site
This family friendly holiday park offers both spacious camping pitches, along with fully equipped self-catering glamping accommodation, ideal for the whole family, large or small. Situated in the Forest of Dean, this is the perfect location for a getaway from day-to-day life. For those camping in a tent, you can pitch up on either pea gravel pitches or opt for one of the eight grass pitches, measuring 8m x 8m. The pitches each have a 16 amp electric hook up and are located towards the back of the site, so you enjoy picturesque views of the woodland and the site. If you would prefer glamping, the mega pods are the perfect option for couples or families. They each sleep two adults and children, equipped with a cosy double bed, a corner double sofa bed and all bed linen. Inside is an ensuite with a toilet, electric, a TV, underfloor heating, and a small kitchen with a sink, toaster, kettle, fridge, microwave cutlery and crockery. You will also have your own outdoor area for al fresco dining with a picnic bench, along with showers in a facility block a short walk away. Nine of the mega pods are pet free, whilst three of them welcome your four-legged friends! The site is also home to larger pods, log cabins with hot tubs, apartments and woodland lodges. Dogs are welcome on all of the camping and touring pitches, as well as in the pet friendly pods. There is a pet friendly play park where you can enjoy the agility course and dogs can exercise freely, there is also a warm dog shower located in the meadow, perfect for getting those muddy paws nice and clean.

These are cosy, furnished cabins with two bedrooms (sleeping 4-6), or three bedrooms (sleeping 6-8) over a double, twin and sofa bed (with a bunk room too in the largest option). There is even a cabin with an outdoor hot tub for pure luxury.
17 x Woodland Lodges
Max 6 people
Detached lodges with veranda and outside furniture, sleeping up to six people in one master bedroom with ensuite shower room, one twin room and a sofa bed in the lounge. There is a bath and shower included, too.

Cannot believe we haven’t visited sooner! Stayed as a couple for a last minute break, the site was easy to find and staff were incredibly helpful upon arrival. Site is well-organised and easy to navigate, all facilities are incredibly well kept and modern. All staff were helpful and very friendly throughout our stay. The on-site shop has everything you might need. The restaurant served great meals at reasonable prices and a wide range of drinks too. We didn’t stay with children but the provisions for all age groups were fantastic, lots of activities that suited adults too. A really family and pet friendly site! The weather was mixed throughout our stay but made no difference as there were plenty of things to do both indoors and outdoors. Already raved about the site to friends and family, and will definitely be returning soon.

Stayed at this site with my grandson as its not too far from home. The location is lovely, with forest all around and plenty to entertain children. Short drive in to the main town of Coleford with shops, pubs and restaurants. You have everything you need on site too with a small well stocked shop, restaurant which serves lovely food, bar, terraces to sit outside, a indoor swimming pool with jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. There are 2 playparks, one for older children and one for the younger ones where you can sit on the terrace to watch them play. There's archery, mini golf, a football pitch and plenty of space to run around. The facilities block for campers was clean. Showers were good and building was warm. All the staff were lovely and friendly while being very professional. Personally, I find it a bit expensive, but you do get a lot for your money. I would stay here again but only in low season.
