Single Axle Caravan - Electric Hardstanding Touring PitchesSep 2024

Enjoyed our stay here - staff were very friendly. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool and the freedom of spending time at the park. We had a pitch which didn't have a view of the lovely hills, so that's all that has brought down the score. Had a drink in the bar and the staff member made a fuss of the dog 😂

Site's response

Thank you so much for your kind review! We’re thrilled to hear that you and your family had a great time, and that the kids enjoyed the pool and the park. Our staff will be delighted to know they made your stay even more enjoyable, especially with the extra attention for your dog! 😂 We’re sorry to hear that your pitch didn’t have a view of the hills—next time, feel free to request a spot with a better view, and we’ll do our best to accommodate. We look forward to welcoming you back soon! 🌟

Motorhome - Electric Hardstanding Touring PitchesSep 2024

The campsite was clean and tidy with good facilities for touring. However, I think there could be more daytime access for food and evening entertainment. Perhaps films or quizzes to encourage people to use the Bistro. The singer on Saturday was spectacular. We used the pool, which was fine. The staff were very helpful.

Site's response

Thank you so much for your 4.6 star review! We're delighted that you enjoyed your stay at Campsie Glen Holiday Park and appreciated the cleanliness of our facilities, as well as the entertainment from our talented singer. We appreciate your feedback regarding daytime food access and evening entertainment. We're always looking for ways to improve, and your suggestions about adding more activities, such as films or quizzes, to encourage more use of the Bistro are definitely worth exploring! Thank you for choosing Campsie Glen, and we hope to welcome you back soon for another great experience.
