About Splatt Farm Gardens
This is a site on a mission to spread peace and happiness throughout the world - with a "there's nothing serious going on here!" mantra. The camping field is located in a very peaceful area close to the Quantock Hills, with beautiful views. It's a simple campsite, perfect for a traditional camping break in nature, where you can switch off from technology and reconnect to a simpler life. You will often find Amanda and the rest of the family sitting around campfires, chatting to guests, hearing their stories and asking people about what makes them smile in life. Suitable for tents only, but children, well-behaved dogs and campfires welcome. In addition to the campsite, the team are also setting up a permaculture farm to promote sustainable agriculture. It's still in its infancy but currently contains around 60 vegetable beds, a pond and meditation area, an immature food forest of around 40 fruit and nut trees and a polytunnel full of delicious goods. You're welcome to explore the farm and enjoy the peaceful surroundings during your stay.
The site is open between May 24th and June 9th, and again between July 19th and September 1st
