Oakhill Leisure is a great location for those looking to get away from it all. Located close to Lincoln and Newark, yet well away from busy living - the whole reason you're going camping! There's an expansive fishing lake here and plenty of woodland to explore - with pets welcome too. Open year round.

Superb service was provided by the 2 staff who run the site. The washing up and shower facilities are new and kept spotless during the day. A number of caravans occupy the site but not all are occupied at any given time so availability of showers and washing up is excellent. A great base from which to explore Lincolnshire!

An amazing site! We highly recommend, staff were lovely friendly and informative. The showers and toilets etc were very clean. There was a lovely woodland area to walk around. We will definitely be booking again. Thank you for a great relaxing stay.

Just spent a superb week at Oakhill leisure. We were in a tent, with no electric hook up and we had a great time. The showers and toilets are kept in an immaculate condition and we never had to wait. There's a separate fresh, clean room with a washer and a tumble dryer, which also has areas to dry your hair, do makeup, charge phones and power-banks. Freezer blocks can be re-frozen at main reception, where you can also hire firepits and wood, as well as charging items which you may not want to leave unattended. The site is large and has a fishing lake, play facilities for children, and a fun woodland trail. Plenty of large open space for kites, frisbee, ball games, and the rule is that there are no ball games in the section for caravans. Very friendly and helpful site warden, who was always available, either in person or by phone, to answer questions or solve any problems which may arise. It's so good, that I almost don't want to leave this review, in case it becomes impossible to book there again in the future! One star less for location, merely because the shop and local pub/restaurant are a little further away that I would have liked, but that certainly didn't detract from my enjoyment of staying on this excellent site.

Great 2 night stay, facilities were clean and very nice. Toilets were nice but could do with a block near the non electric camping as it’s a little far to walk.

First time coming to this campsite as we were going with some friends who haven't camped before so wanted to be near home. The camp felt safe and spacious for our own tent. The facilities were amazing, toilet's and showers were always clean and the shower was warm. We did a little walk around the camp which was lovely as didn't need to leave the campsite. We would 100% come back to this campsite

Wonderful one night stay. Sparking clean facilities and a friendly host. We even found all of the tree faces which was a great walk around the site as well. We'll certainly be back!

We stayed here for 1 night as a stopover when visiting family to get the kids out in nature, as opposed to being stuck in a hotel. We were very impressed with their facilities, they were very clean and felt luxurious, which made you almost forget you were camping. The staff were very friendly and were on hand to assist in any way. This is a great place for anything from 1 night to a few weeks. I would highly recommend staying here, especially for the price. We will definitely be returning in the near future.

We stayed for 4 nights in September, the staff were so friendly and helpful. The facilities were very modern and looked brand new. All areas were kept spotlessly clean and these were maintained throughout the day. In terms of the facilities, this is the nicest campsite we have stayed at. The site is secluded, however, about a ten minute drive away there are supermarkets and pubs. The site was also well located for day trips to Nottingham, Leicester and Lincoln. We would definitely visit again.

Very nice site. All the facilities were excellent. Shop facilities very limited though, not even bread available. All staff very friendly. Would recommend to anyone.

A secure site with barrier down at night. Very friendly and helpful staff at reception. Brilliant toilets and showers at hotel standard of fit and finish. Mostly caravans on site, but plenty of room for my little tent near the lake..

A lovely site nestling amongst pretty villages, but within very easy distance of Lincoln. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here - incredibly quiet (it was midweek just before the school holidays) & felt as if we had facilities to ourselves 😆 We were given a friendly greeting when we arrived. Lovely setting with walks around a fishing lake or through some woods. The showers were hot & had great pressure. Toilet block & washing up facilities were just as clean & modern. Impressive!

Nice campsite. Very welcoming upon arrival. We were given a map and a fun trail to explore the woodland area of the site. The facilities were great, nice, clean and modern.

Beautiful park with lots to do and the staff are really pleasant. Toilets and showers are immaculate! Best ones I've seen on a campsite. Lots of space, you don't feel like you're all crammed together. I would 100% recommend this park to anyone that enjoys camping. Thank you! ☺️
