Our stay was fantastic and the hosts were amazing! Hot tub was heated up when we got there and it was a perfect stay for our family! Will definitely be staying again!

I took my boyfriend to the glamping pod for the weekend for his birthday and it was absolutely stunning. We were checked in really quickly and the hot tub was already ready to go when we arrived at 6pm. The pod itself was so incredibly clean and felt like a home away from home. We were able to invite a couple of friends to have a BBQ too. The pod is very close to Coniston and not too far of a drive from Windermere too. Milk, a welcome basket with tea and coffee and biscuits and a bottle of wine were all provided. Towels, robes and all the essentials for a comfortable stay allowed us to truly relax. The staff were all lovely and helped us to keep the logs burning for the hot tub. Would definitely recommend and hopefully be back soon!

We had a lovely two-night stay here! The pod itself was spotless and we loved all the added touches. We had fresh milk in the fridge, biscuits, Kendal mint cake and wine! The hosts were so accommodating and really friendly! They ensured we were stocked up with plenty of wood for the hot tub throughout our stay! Thank you, we will definitely be back!

This was an absolutely stunning place to stay and location. The views from the pod were gorgeous. It was so peaceful and private. They pre heated the hot tub for us and found a bottle of wine in the fridge left by the lovely people who run the Church House Inn. We will be back!

Myself, partner and our dog stayed at the glamping pod and what can I say, it was just perfect. The pod itself was cosy yet spacious, clean and well-equipped. The hot tub was FABULOUS and the space outside was great for our pooch as it's enclosed, so he could run around without us worrying he would get out. Mark the host was amazing, kept us topped up with wood for the fire and hot tub, was there for anything we needed and was generally a really lovely guy. It is only a 30-minute walk down to the shoreline of Coniston down the Cumbrian Way and has a lovely pub in the village too. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back again!

Celebratory stop for my 26th birthday and couldn't find a fault in our stay if we tried! The hot tub (wood fire) was already warm on arrival and there was a cold bottle of wine in the fridge. The pod was clean and cosy with all the amenities you could need for a few nights away. The site is across from a pub/deli that serves meals throughout the day and is less than an hours walk from Coniston, maybe 20 minutes from Coniston Water. Was the best stay away I've had for a long time - we hope to be back!

What a lovely little gem this place is! The pod has everything you could possibly need and the hot tub was lovely. It was already heating up when we arrived. There was complementary wine, biscuits, fudge and some milk waiting in the pod for us, which was a really lovely touch. The local pub Wilson Arms has a new catering team and the food was fab. Would definitely recommend a stay at the Church House Inn pod. We will definitely be back!

Couldn't fault this lovely pod and Mark the owner. Mark left us a number of welcome goodies and couldn't help more with the lighting of the hot tub and checking all was okay for our stay. Super dog friendly and the location was ideal for us. Thanks Mark, we will be recommending.

Wonderful place to stay to explore the lakes or to just relax. Hot tub is great and bed is very comfortable. Not too far from walks and there is a shop nearby in Coniston, which was ideal. Host was helpful and greeted on arrival. The only issue we had was the fire alarm when using the induction hob but if doors left open, all was fine! Also the microwave/oven is also best just used as a microwave as we couldn't get a good result cooking 'oven' food, such as pizza. However, for a glamping pod in the lakes, it was more than good enough. I'd recommend just taking microwave meals or sausages etc to cook in the frying pan.

Gorgeous pod in a quiet location. Mark was brilliant and had the hot tub ready for when we arrived, he recommended walks and pubs for us to visit and couldn't have done any more for us. The pod was so well equipped and warm (one thing we were a little worried about) with lots of nice touches like robes and treats, they really did think of it all. The only downside is Coniston (the nearest village) is on the small side, but luckily you have loads of other places in the area to explore! The pub across the road had the most delicious rustic pub food, so I would definitely also recommend there! :) Worth booking for a lovely little getaway!

A beautiful Glamping pod along with the hot tub. The pod looks even bigger in person! Was welcomed by a lovely woman who left us with a nice bottle of wine, biscuits and 2x boxes of cereal for the morning. A lovely quiet area with friendly people. Also recommend the pub called The Wilson across the road for a nice pint and meal. Only a 7 minute drive to Coniston, which is a lovely village. Will definitely be returning!

I would 100% recommend the Church House Inn. I took my partner for the weekend for his birthday and was absolutely beautiful. Mark the owner was very attentive, heated the hot tub for our arrival and supplied us with a lovely complimentary pack. Beautiful.

Had a lovely stay in the glamping pod, perfect location and the host was super accommodating! Great price for what you get with lovely views and nearby walks. The dressing gowns were a nice touch for when you're using the hot tub, as were the welcome biscuits, wine, mint cake and more! I would definitely recommend the restaurant Steam just around the corner- amazing food!
