Awesome campsite

Have just returned home from staying at this lovely campsite, and already am booking again for next year. I have little bad to say about my stay, but lots of good things. If you want a peaceful, quiet, well attended and looked after campsite with good facilities, then this is the place. If you have a dog then the dog walking area across the road is second to none. Access to both Truro and Falmouth is good with regular affordable buses and the site itself is well laid out and run by a team of amazing guys, who bend over backwards to welcome you and make your stay as comfortable as possible. My only complaint? I had to leave!!

Warm and welcoming environment

I was made to feel very welcome, and the staff were so helpful. A perfect start to my stay. The facilities are super clean and modern.

Cosawes premium pitch

Excellent site. Good facilities, very nice shower/toilet block. Receptionist very friendly and informative. Will definitely use this site again in the future.

Lovely campsite

Lovely campsite with gorgeous views of the surrounding fields, where you're able to walk around and let the dog off the lead. Got a taxi in Falmouth for the day, but you can drive/get a bus. Everything was really clean and good facilities.

Good centre for visiting the Peninsula

A good centre for visiting Cornwall. Good size pitches but felt a bit sterile without the grass between hard standing. Not really a site for sitting outside in the sun- bit like sitting in a car park. Toilets nice and clean but style a bit old fashioned with Formica divisions etc. Friendly staff, relaxed about siting on pitch, which is refreshing after club sites with a fixed plan for siting. Like the idea of choosing pitch when booking before arrival.

The most amazing place. Spotlessly clean. Very quiet and perfect. We will definitely be going back!!

Beautiful rural campsite

A beautiful campsite. Felt very rural, waking up to bird song, yet only 500 yards from the A39. The cleanest campsite we've stayed on in a long time and the underfloor heating in the shower block was a real bonus on a frosty morning. Being 'adult only' wasn't a problem for us this time, but will mean we won't be able to bring our granddaughter to this site. The dog walking paddock is vast and we saw plenty of wildlife on the river running through it. Our dog loved being able to run and sniff everything. All in all, a lovely stay and we will be back again.

Good, clean facilities

Spacious, level pitch - suitable for all weathers! Electric and water within pitch. We arrived in darkness but the site and pitch were easy to find and close to the toilets and showers. Toilets and showers were very warm, clean and spacious.

Quite scenic location

We had a five night stay here. It was lovely. Central to quite a lot of popular locations. Very peaceful and staff were helpful and friendly. The only thing missing really was a small shop on site.

Fantastic site

The best site you could ever wish to experience. The site is well kept, great location and the facilities are perfectly clean. Laundry and dish wash facilities and immaculate shower and toilets. Great value for money and the best site I have ever visited.

Peaceful, immaculate adult-only site

We cannot fault this site at all. Perfect location on a bus route for exploring all parts of Cornwall. Large, serviced hard standing pitch. Immaculately maintained site in all respects. Heated toilet shower blocks, laundry, use of freezer & fridge. There was a well stocked tourist info hut. Easy access off the main road, but noise can be heard. Peace and quiet, yet so close to Falmouth and surrounding areas. Nothing less than perfect. Thank you.

Clean, tidy park

Stayed at Cosawes Park for 7 nights in a tent at the end of July 22. Extremely clean and tidy site with all the facilities needed to have a relaxing holiday. The site is extremely quiet and benefits from being an adult only site, the pitches are large with enough space in-between to have privacy. Cosawes is conveniently located between Truro and Falmouth which are both 15 minutes away, Newquay and St Ives are around an hour away give or take so location is ideal Would highly recommend and would stay again

Quiet and peaceful

Clean, quiet, adults only park with well- tended grounds and facilities. My only gripe…the price. The basic cost is £27.50 for EHU grass site and that was for two people. Each additional person pays extra per night but no reduction for myself as a single camper. An ideal location for the event I was attending.

Brilliant first time camping experience!

It was our first time camping and we can honestly say it was a much better experience than we thought it would be! The site was lovely, quiet and the facilities were very clean. We'll definitely be going to stay again and would highly recommend it if you've never been!

Graduation stay

Son and daughter both graduating from Falmouth uni that week, stayed at Cosawes for this. Arrived late, attendant appeared as soon as we notified arrival, showed us to pitch, pointed out facilities and handed out camp map and leaflets. Pitch was good size, facilities spotless, no problems (aside from what was presumably a bird scarer, or possibly an armed lunatic intent on ridding Cornwall of rabbitkind). We enjoyed our stay and my daughter intends to rebook when she visits Falmouth in August.

Lovely campsite

This was one of the best sites we've been on. The toilets, showers and washing-up facilities were always spotless. I would recommend this site to everybody.

Cracking site

Warm welcome, good size pitches, spotless facilities and a great dog field - two fields over a stream, mown routes and fenced.

Fantastic

Very nice site and very peaceful. Site staff were very friendly as were the fellow campers. We wanted to visit Falmouth and it was only 20 minutes on the bus, which are quite frequent and the bus stop is only a 1 minute walk down the road. 100% recommend!

Great campsite in good location

My wife and I stayed here with our dog for 3 nights. Facilities were good with plenty of places to go explore. Dog walking field was pretty special and the dog friendly Stag Inn pub up the hill was a winner for food and drinks (much better than Norway Inn that's in opposite direction).

The best campsite in the UK!

When I titled 'The best campsite in the UK!', that is what I meant. I spent three weeks in February travelling from home in Ceredigion, in a campervan, down to Lands End and then zig-zagged up the country to John O'Groats. Cosawes Park was an absolute delight and I have compared many on my travels. A definite must-visit for anyone travelling through Cornwall, whether by motorhome, caravan or campervan.

Really enjoyed our mini break even though it was winter!

The help we received on arrival was great, we were very pleased to be able to contact help via the red phone box as it was out of hours. Really clean facilities, Covid safe and quiet at night. Thank you!
