They're all identical just with different decorations. Each yurt sleeps up to two people on a comfy king-sized bed with colourful pillows and throws and all bedding is provided. Additionally, inside the yurt you'll find a warm log burning fire, an electric cool box, a kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery and non-breakable glasses. Each yurt has a designated WC, shower and sink in the nearby amenity block, and fluffy bath robes and towels are provided. Outside, you'll discover individual patios with a bistro table and chairs, fire pits and BBQs with incredible views over the Yorkshire Wolds. The 'Self-Cook' hamper has bacon, local free range eggs, tomatoes, mushrooms, bread and butter. The 'Vegetarian' hamper has halloumi, mushrooms, spinach, eggs, bread and butter, with vegan alternatives. The 'No Effort' hampers have either croissants, local jam and butter or granola, fruit yoghurt and honey. A note from the site themselves...

We have worked in tourism since 2002 and having sold our caravan site, the plan was to retire however we found that we missed it, so the idea was to try something a little different, a little smaller...Wold Meadow was born.

We set off with a field and now have five Yurts which are quirky and fun to stay in surrounded by gorgeous views, wild life and birds. We wanted to create somewhere for our guests to come and be able to switch off and relax and that's exactly what we believe we have achieved as for us we are enjoying every minute of it.

Bell Tent - Stargazer Bell TentOct 2024

We just got back today, it was our first time and certainly not our last, we will definitely be back. Everything is there for you, there is a brilliant little kitchen area and your very own shower block. It's perfect and the owners are very lovely as well.

We absolutely loved this stay despite the weather! The wood fired hot tub was so cosy and the hosts could not have been more helpful, thank you!

Yurt - YurtsSep 2024

I cannot rate this place enough, the yurts are beautifully furnished and include everything needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were amazing and couldn't do enough for you. The biggest selling point for me was each Yurt having a designated bathroom to use, this makes a big difference. All areas were clean and very well maintained. A beautiful place and we will definitely return.

Site's response

Aww thank you so much for your amazing review, we will hopefully see you again soon. Cheers Jayne.
