Superb

On arrival, the grounds were immaculate and we were warmly greeted by a member of staff, who pointed out the facilities and direction of local hostilities. Our pod was spotless and we had a good view across the fields, however 2 of the pods had no view and faced directly towards the toilet block and a small building dump site. The facilities were spotless and always had hot water for the showers. Loved our stay and would visit again without question.

Mellow and friendly

Wonderfully chilled and mellow site in a quiet location. Very friendly. We are very dog centric so it's important for us to be where dogs are welcome, and they certainly are here. Campfires are allowed, and it seemed that most people took advantage of this which added to the ambience. The swimming pond was super. Lots of lovely walks around the ponds. Apple, pear and plum trees that you are allowed to pick from to enjoy. We had a lovely time and will visit again.

Lovely campsite, though some suggestions

A lovely campsite. Might benefit from some shrubs or small trees being planted periodically across the pitch to provide shade and privacy. Enjoyed the site when it was a bit quieter. The bins could do with labelling- all said recycling but several had general rubbish so it wasn't clear which specifically was for general rubbish. Will definitely be booking again though. Might even try a lodge next time. Many thanks- will definitely recommend to friends.

Thank you very much for taking the time to review - we are thinking about more shade in the field - as it has been an exceptional year - but we hope you could cool down by or in the lake! Also with regards to the bins, we usually explain to everyone on arrival that all general rubbish goes in a bag and tied up in the red bins, and then all recycling goes into the same bins loose so that it gets sorted at the collection centre.Hope we can welcome you another time, we are glad you enjoyed yourselves.

Lovely quiet site near Ledbury

Tranquil site with lots of hook ups, a shop and leisure lakes and a great toilet/shower block.

Heaven on earth

Idyllic surroundings. Beautifully maintained. Pleasant and friendly. Lots of space between pitches. Spotless facilities.

Lovely and relaxing

We were welcomed by a lovely couple and the site is well run, quiet and relaxing with excellent views. The site is in the countryside with plenty of walks. The lake is a great addition but it would be better if the fisherman fished on the other pond and left this one for swimming and playing. Not really big enough to paddle board on. The track to the site is single lane and a nightmare if traffic is coming the other way. Overall, I would visit again.

Lovely for wild swimming

We picked this site for a short trip to somewhere we could swim. The location didn't disappoint. The lake was a lovely backdrop in the evening and a great place to swim in the morning. Being directly next to the campsite made it super convenient. We will be back.

Wonderful rural environment in beautiful setting

Our first ever visit to Herefordshire. Beautiful setting, and reasonable, basic facilities. Close proximity to Ledbury, a lovely town. I would come again.

Perfect for switching off...

This was perfect for just getting away and switching off… There's fishing there and plenty of walks but most of all, peace and quiet…

Herefordshire countryside caravan break

Late in the season so cool and a little damp but a nice quiet time to caravan. Your site is a wonderful location with the best views for the autumn colour change in the wood land surrounding the site. Facilities all good and would definitely return in the future.
