Choose from deluxe pitches or cosy glamping to suit all! Open all year, you'll be nestled into rolling countryside looking towards the Dartmoor National Park and surrounded by the South Devon AONB. Car free access to Kingsbridge, Salcombe, Totnes and Dartmouth.

This has to be one of the best campsites we have ever stayed at. The owners seemed to have thought of every comfort that campers would need. We loved the individual bathrooms which enabled so much privacy. They were modern and very clean. Added bonus was the moo lounge with complimentary tea and coffee facilities. As the evenings were cooler we sat in there in the evenings to watch TV. The use of the onsite shop which was 24 hours and well stocked. Pitches were a good size and fenced off for privacy. Definitely would stay here again.

Spotless site, lovely shower rooms and even a bath if you wanted, hairdryer and straighteners. Honesty shop well stocked. Hosts were very helpful. Nice walk through fields into Kingsbridge but catch the bus on the way back up hill, bus stops outside camp site but not very frequent on a Sunday and hard to get hold of a taxi. Need a vehicle to explore further.

Our stay may not be typical. We wanted a child free, quiet site and apart from a rather busy road bordering the site. We got what we wanted. We found that our pitch was a little too small for our campervan and awning but, we accepted the situation. We enjoyed walking down into Kingsbridge and back but ultimately, we felt the site was expensive for what was on offer. We never recommend sites to others as they may not be to their tastes.

Lovely site with large pitches. My pitch had water and electric, a nice protective hedge and fences. Only negative was the WiFi which was very weak. I had a Zoom meeting on Tuesday evening, and this was a disaster. Apart from that it was a very enjoyable week.

We stayed on a hardstanding fully-serviced pitch. Such a lovely welcome, so many little home touches, the owners work incredibly hard to make your stay just perfect. The individual shower and bathrooms are beautifully clean and modern with demister mirrors. A hugely well stocked shop, bus stop at the entrance, Tesco Extra a 3 minute drive away. Such lovely places to visit. Recommend the Church House Inn for more than a pub meal, its wonderful. We had the most wonderful stay and holiday, I didn't want to leave so we'll be back! Thank you, James and Tracy. x

Highly recommended. A great site in a great location. Very clean and scrupulously maintained by James and Tracey! This site has by far the best onsite shop we have ever come across and apart from stocking anything you could want, the prices are very fair too! This is an adult only site and also does not allow dogs which may not be suitable for all, those of us that fit this criteria it is absolutely perfect!

Lovely spot, very peaceful. Well managed site, good onsite shop, very good private bathroom. Handy bus stop at the gate. The only thing we didn't like was the shingle hardstanding, the tiny stones got absolutely everywhere and we are still picking them out of our motorhome and shoes. Otherwise all great.

What a great find! Booked fairly last minute and have to say, we felt really lucky. We had our own private bathroom with use of a utility area. There is an honesty shop on site which stocks a wide variety of items. It is fairly remote, but there's a reliable bus service into Kingsbridge and Salcombe. The owners are super friendly and helpful. Would definitely visit again.

One of the nicer sites we have stayed at. The facilities were excellent and kept spotless. The staff were welcoming. The shop was open 24 hours and was well stocked with all the essentials. We would definitely stay again.

We have stayed in pods several times, but this is the first time we have had the en-suite and kitchen area, which we really appreciated. Parkland is an excellent site, immaculately clean and tidy and very quiet. The owners are helpful and friendly and we will definitely go again.

Superb site, with individual pitches and your own electric hook up and tap. Individual bathrooms, which are spotlessly clean. Well stocked shop using an honesty box (amazing). Very quiet with everyone following the rules. We will definitely be returning.

What a cracking site this was. We stayed in a luxury pitch with private bathroom. The place was spotless, bathroom cleaned daily, the shower was the best I've ever had and had underfloor heating. The pitch was spacious and level. The honesty shop was well stocked. Weather was great (which always helps). We will definitely be back. Well done

It was a bit messy on the way in with skips etc and it needs more lighting around the site. It is noisy on the roadside pitches, which was not a problem in the winter, but would be an issue in the summer when sat outside.

Not heavy on info and visible staff up front but not needed as absolutely first class facilities, even a bath which my wife liked. Very clean and a really decent standard build quality, hotel standard I would say. A quiet site with considerate campers, very laid back and we met some really nice people. The shop has everything you could need and a very flexible purchase system, open 24/7. All in all a great site, we will return if we are ever back in the area for sure.

Easy to find, staff helpful and welcoming. Very helpful local information in the welcome pack. Well stocked site shop. Toilets/showers were mix of male/female/ non gender specific and were clean and with lots of hot water. Other facilities include excellent laundry room. Freezing facilities for ice blocks etc. Camping field spacious with very useful waste and power on the pitch. Lovely and quiet for those who like a child free stay.

This campsite was spotless, there was a lovely atmosphere and the facilities were incomparable to any others I’ve seen at a campsite. There was even a vanity room which meant I could style my hair - when you look good, you feel good and enjoy life more!
