About the site
An ideal base for days spent exploring the Peak District. It is just a short five minute drive or 35 minute walk to local pubs, with scenic spots like Carsington Water and Poole's Cavern within 15 minutes too. There are grass pitches for tent campers, each measuring 6m x 6m. If you want the convenience of an electric hook up, there are some pitches with 10 amp hook ups available too. Caravans can pitch up on 8m x 5m hardstanding pitches, each with a 10 amp electric hook up. All of the pitches allow a maximum of eight guests per pitch, with WiFi available for an extra cost. Little ones can be kept busy in the fun-filled adventure play park, with outdoor table tennis available for family matches. A small onsite shop and reception means you can also pick up any last minute essentials. If you want to cook al fresco, the site allows raised BBQs and fire pits, so be sure to pack the cool box! Dogs are welcome, with up to two pups permitted per pitch. The site is also home to static caravans and lodges, with some available for sale.
