Tretio Caravan and Camping Park

Tretio will host the Borderfest Wales event in June, a must for Border Terrier enthusiasts. Music nights are held in peak summer season and local pizza and burger vans will provide delicious food.

If you fancy a look at the smallest UK city, head to St Davids for where you will discover a myriad of quaint little shops and some of the best pub grub and restaurants in the area.

Adventure companies, based in St Davids and the surrounding Peninsula provide activities such as surfing at Whitesands Bay, wildlife boat trips around Ramsey Island and kayaking and coasteering at the popular Blue Lagoon in Abereiddi.

A more adventurous rambling spirit is easily catered for, as the park lies adjacent to both Tretio Common Nature Reserve and the Pembrokeshire Coast Path, from which world famous bird sanctuary islands can be spotted. You can walk through fields and farm tracks to reach the coastal path within 30 minutes or jump on the local Strumble Shuttle to go further.

National cycle route number 4 is on Tretio's doorstep and there are numerous coastal and cross country walks to experience and leaflets, maps and brochures can be found at reception.

The nearest all year round dog friendly beaches are at Abereiddi and Porthmelgan (near Whitesands Beach). Abereiddi also has the blue lagoon which is popular for wild swimming and coasteering. You'll also find incredible fishing, kayaking and wildlife boat trips all within easy reach of the park.

Bring your bikes too, as the park is a stone's throw away from a great cycle path, so it's perfect for exploring on two wheels.
