We have had a wonderful 3-night stay. We were at first concerned about the size of our pitch as it seemed small however, it was perfect. The site is exceptionally quiet (and was full on our first night); the facilities are spotless and loved having music playing in the shower block! Staff are very friendly. We could not fault this place. Was a great stay.
Fantastic location, a beautiful site

We booked a hard standing pitch, the site is beautifully looked after. The pitches are of decent size, everything is close by. The reception is extremely well organised, and gives you individual site information if you're arriving after hours. The park has good security with coded barriers & free Wi-Fi. There is a petrol station just down the road and an Aldi 1 mile away. Very close to towns & visiting points. Excellent value for money, will 100% book again for our next visit.
Poor accommodation

For the amount of people that were staying over the weekend, then to have 3 showers and 3 toilets, was nowhere near enough. Also, only 2 sinks to wash any dishes. Had to wait over an hour to get a shower and the toilets had a constant queue, it felt. Again, had to wait to wash any dishes. Surely the amount of people should warrant more facilities. Also, where we camped was right next to a busy road which was not ideal as it was noisy and also, no facilities to freeze ice blocks for cool boxes. I have camped in many places throughout the UK and the Cotswolds in particular and there has always been ample facilities for washing, showering and freezers. Won't rush back unfortunately.
Great weekend getaway

Had a brilliant stay, the owners were so friendly and extremely helpful, made us feel welcome from the moment we got there. Facilities were clean and tidy. Showers were lovely and warm. Only one little criticism, there was no bench in the shower cubicles, making it difficult to get dry and changed. Other than that, it was absolutely perfect. Will definitely stay again. Thank you.
Lovely site, needs more facilities

Lovely site. Excellent staff - knowledgeable and very friendly. About 30 minutes walk into Chipping Norton. Only problem was there were 82 pitches and only 3 toilets and 3 showers for ladies and the same for men. Although very clean, not enough for the amount of people that were there that long weekend. ( A rally was on that weekend). Don't feel that I should have to queue to go to toilet. As I said, staff excellent but I wouldn't go back.
Well worthy of 5 stars

Good campsite. Showers were a bit mucky and constantly littered in grass. Some odd stains on the shower curtains. Camping in the rally field is okay, but the lack of pitch numbers & lights in the field can make things confusing.

Lovely, clean & simple campsite. Friendly staff. Toilets & showers nice and clean and had the radio playing. Stayed a Saturday & Sunday night in the Rally Field - very peaceful. Chipping Norton within walking distance & we also cycled to Diddly Squat Farm & Stow on the Wold.
Nice but not quite what we expected

We booked a grass pitch. However, the grass pitch was a field was a free for all, which also meant that it wasn't saved when you left for the day. The facilities were generally clean but there were only 3 cubicles (each gender) for the whole campsite, so there was always a queue in the morning for showers. The shop, we never went in as when we did go, it was shut. Not sure of the hours but we weren't late. I would then say it would be nice touch to offer female products in the toilets.
Nice place, very welcoming

Stayed at the campsite for a long weekend, very accommodating with our needs and very helpful. Toilet/shower block clean. Whole campsite very well kept and maintained, which made stay a pleasant experience. Chipping Norton is a great town and would highly recommend the campsite and town.

Used this a a test for our new tent (not camped for over 20 years) ready for Scotland next year. Lovely site, well maintained, lovely flat pitches. Couldn't fault it for what we wanted.

We loved this site. The pitch was huge. Lovely quiet site. Central for sight-seeing. Everything clean and tidy. Service was excellent. A very friendly team on site. In the ladies block there were three toilets and three showers, ample provision and we never had to wait to use either facilities. Good washing up and laundry facilities. Would definitely revisit if in the area again.

Great spacious site and great staff, the nice touch of coming out to see us as we were getting ready to leave was exceptional. The only downside is the walk to to Chipping Norton, where the first five or 10 minutes are on a bypass on a man made "worn" side "pathway" on the side of the road. This was a little unnerving. All in all, great site, good location for Diddly Squat by dog friendly bus or an hour's walk with "refreshments" halfway, if you don`t decide to use a drive away awning. 10 minutes by car. Thanks to all.
