Sprinter-Type Campervan - Electric Hardstanding Touring PitchesJul 2024

Poorly signposted for main road. Main issue was only two female toilets - facilities poor for tourers. No outdoor games. Park very poor - swings only. Felt this was over advertised for the actual facilities unfortunately. Staff lovely, couldn't use cafe as it didn't open until 9:30am.

Site's response

Hello Kirsty, Thanks for taking the time to leave your review. We do appeal to walkers, nature lovers and people who enjoy peace and tranquillity, agreed we are not a hugely commercial park. We do have outdoor games such as giant Jenga, coits and boule available from the Hayshed for guests to enjoy, outdoors. There are also football goals as well as the swings for children to enjoy. As a smaller site we have 2 female and 2 mixed toilets. The café opens earlier (8.30am) at weekends, tricky to get staff in earlier in the week. Re signage from the road, we are not allowed to put any signage up - we have asked and asked the council to no avail! Unfortunately that's out of our hands. Agreed it would be better, however, google maps does get you directly to the door.
