Perran Springs Holiday Park

Set on 21 acres of countryside, Perran Springs Holiday Park is a family friendly site, ten minutes from Perranporth. With options for campers, tourers and glampers, there is something for everyone! Excellent facilities include a modern amenity block, three well-stocked fishing lakes that are free and exclusive to guests, a tackle shop and free Wi-Fi. There is a field for games, a tower play area for the little ones and nature trail. Dogs welcome.

About Perran Springs Holiday Park

Set just ten minutes from Perranporth, this site is ideally located to explore some of Cornwall's top sandy beaches. Guests have exclusive access to three fishing lakes, free of charge, with free WiFi across the site as well as bustling Newquay just ten minutes away. There are a range of grass pitches welcoming tents, trailer tents and caravans with a mix of non electric and 16 amp hook up options. Or, there are hardstanding pitches for motorhomes, campervans and caravans that have a 16 amp electric hook up. Pitches measure a spacious 7.5m x 7.5m. If you don't have a tent, opt for one of the Super Eurotents that sleep up to six with three compartments each sleeping two. You will need to bring your beds, bedding and all camping equipment. Inside is a single ring induction hob, seating, cooking equipment, a fridge, toaster, microwave and kettle. For those who prefer to pack light, there are glamping pods. The couple's pods sleep up to two and the family pods are for four. Please bring your own beds and bedding for the couple's pods, the family pods have a double bed and two singles, one above the double as a bunk, but you will need to bring bedding. Each is equipped with a TV, bedside tables, plug sockets, a kettle and a cool box which you will need to bring ice packs for. Outside each is a grassed area with seating. Bring everything you would need for camping minus the tent! There are also fully equipped static caravan holiday homes available. The nature pond is a haven for all types of wildlife with plant life, dragonflies and ducks all calling it their home, there are also dedicated habitats around the gardens for bees, ladybirds and butterflies. Campers are also welcome to fish in one of the three onsite lakes free of charge. Dogs are welcome onsite as long as they are kept on a short lead at all times, there is easy gated access to a public footpath next to the park. Please be aware that dogs are not permitted in any of the amenity buildings or the lakes or ponds. Open fires and campfires are not permitted, sorry. BBQs are only allowed as long as they are raised.

Facilities and amenities

Facilities onsite include toilets and spacious hot showers with private cubicles, a seated changing area, as well as a baby changing room. There is a vanity area in the bathroom too. There is an outside area for rinsing wetsuits. Please note that pets are not allowed into the amenity buildings.

There is free WiFi available around the park, coverage is limited to the top area of the campsite, with excellent coverage around the reception, inside the 'WiFi room' and the two outdoor park benches, one placed by the reception and the other opposite the guest arrivals car park.

Guests have exclusive access to three fishing lakes onsite for no extra charge. The lakes are stocked with tench, bream, rudd, roach and carp. There is also an onsite tackle shop for picking up any fishing bits, opening times are in the mornings and evenings only, and are displayed on the notice board outside of reception.

There is a children's playground with towers, slides and an expansive meadow for playing ball games and letting off steam. There is also a nature trail and pond onsite to explore.

During the summer holidays, a local caterer will provide breakfasts and evening meals. For meals out, the nearest pub is the New Inn which is just a ten minute walk from the site, it also allows dogs in the beer garden! If you need to pick up some essentials there is a Londis across the road from the pub.
