Excellent stop over for 2 nights,Long walk @3.5 miles into Harrogate.Lovely pub in Follifoot village Harewood arms very friendly.And a very special mention to Mark who showed us our spot and reccomended various attractions

Muddy mess

The pitch was very muddy with trenches where other vehicles have tried to get off the pitch. I felt that they should not be advertising these pitches. It spoilt our stay with the amount of mud that ended up inside the van even, when we were careful where we trod. The receptionist only said the bare minimum when asked a question and gave vague answers. The grounds persons were very friendly and the hotel looked lovely with all the Christmas lights..

Unfortunately, wet weather can sometimes affect the ground conditions of our grass pitches. To address this, we’ve already upgraded nine of our grass pitches to include a hardstanding base, and we are reviewing options to expand these improvements further. Your feedback is invaluable as we continue to enhance our facilities for all guests. We’re also disappointed to hear that you felt the service at reception did not meet your expectations. Providing a warm and helpful welcome is a priority for us, and we will ensure our team receives further training to deliver the high standards we strive for. Great 1 night stop over

Great stop over only about 10 mins from Harrogate Town centre. Was greeted by 2 workers who showed us to our plot, told us everything we needed to know and pointed out the pub! Would definitely visit again and stay longer next time.

Couple of nights away

As it was out of season, all the facilities were closed. The shower blocks were open and they were very clean.

Great stay on the site

Great stay on the site. will definitely book again in the summer. Great place, a shame most of the facilities are closed for winter but will book again in the summer to take advantage of the facilities.

One night stay

Large site, lovely and quiet! Great bar and outside swimming pool. On-site shop - everything you could need. Staff pleasant and helpful.

Fab stay

As a group of 3 mums with tots, the site was perfect. Kids loved the outdoor pool and play park. The pub served good food and there's plenty of space for the kids to ride around on their bikes. Staff were all friendly and helpful too.

Gorgeous site

Stayed for one night as sadly we couldn't get in for 2, but what a wonderful site this is. The bar is lovely, staff so friendly, especially Bruce who we met at check in, so helpful and informative. Great location for Harrogate, we got the bus from literally outside and back again. Showers were clean and spotless and we managed to do late check out too so we could visit the local area. Will definitely recommend and return if visiting that area again.

Absolutely fantastic

We had a lovely few days away here. Fantastic facilities, lovely food and service from the deer house. Staff very helpful across the whole site.

August short break

Really enjoyed this. I know Rudding Park well and the usual high standards, but have to say I was pleasantly surprised with the whole experience. Great facilities and extremely helpful staff. Highly recommended.

Great stay - family friendly

Brilliant two days on a lovely, clean, well managed site. Dog friendly, which helped. Lovely daily walk on pathway on perimeter of the site. Dan, the young man on reception, was really welcoming and showed us to our pitch with a guided tour of the site. Really helpful staff. Only slight downside was the cost of the pool, £18 for three of us can add up on a daily basis. Facilities clean and shop site café /shop and bar, all great. Added bonus was the use of the golf range. Would definitely recommend and hope to return to site soon.

Lovely site

Excellent site. We had 5 days here with the grandchildren and didn't leave the site as there was plenty for them to do.

Touring caravan couple in our 60s

Wouldn't stay again. We are a couple in our early 60s. We were put right among family pitches.

Just wow!

Firstly, the reception staff were very polite and helpful during check-in. We were lucky enough to be really close to all the amenities. As a couple in a motorhome, we didn't make use of the heated outdoor swimming pool, we left that to other families and their children! We walked into Harrogate, which is quite a trek (approx 4 miles), but well worth it. However, the site cleanliness and picturesque scenery blew us away. We'll definitely be back.

Lovely site

What a great find. We stayed for two nights. The park is beautifully kept and the staff are incredibly helpful and pleasant. Great facilities, great food and beer - we will definitely return.

Excellent site

Excellent facilities. The bus stop is on the door step to Harrogate. Great Wi-Fi and pub on site, very handy!

Just brilliant!

Superb facilities. So clean, most beautiful rural setting yet close to town. Children's playground lovely, swimming for kids was only £6 and the pool was lovely, well worth it. Lots of lovely walks and runs from the site. Shop was well stocked and all the staff very helpful and friendly.

Lovely campsite

Just got back from Rudding Holiday Park Campsite after a fantastic bank hol weekend. Great facilities, kids were never bored with a great park, big field for activities and a swimming pool. Lovely restaurant and bar and the staff were very friendly. The toilets were always spotless. Only downside was having to pay for the swimming pool. Would recommend.
