Great campsite with friendly staff, clubhouse and pool. Our pitch was perfect with electric hook-up, space for a pup tent and a tap nearby. I've marked down the facilities by one star as although very clean and functional, the toilet/shower/wash-up block nearest to our pitch looked old and could do with a refresh. I do want to be clear though this is not a reason to not stay at this happy site and it's so close to so many brilliant places to visit! Definitely on the list for staying at again!

Very nice, well kept park. Downside was that our pitch backed onto the play park and restaurant and noise restrictions were not enforced. Kids were playing on the park till 11.30 -midnight. Although we were next to it, the shouting must have been heard across the whole park. Friendly staff and clean facilities.

Staff were friendly and helped if they could. Site pitches for hard standing are very close together. And in the showers and dishwashing facilities, the water is not always hot. Ideally situated for all the attractions and would recommend it .

Great place, very clean, good facilities, disappointed that the bar/restaurant was not open on the Wednesday night.

Showers were nice and hot and nice toilets, which always clean. Great touch having an indoor pool, which we had to ourselves on the Thursday. Quite noisy on the Friday and Saturday night, but that's to be expected. Lovely large pitch. Not much in the choice of eating out in the area and quite a trek for supermarket. Overall, for a first time, it was great and the weather was ok too.
Nice site, very quiet

We stayed here to go to the festival. It was the nearest we could find as we were late getting tickets. No issues with the site itself, it was clean and tidy and the staff we met were friendly and helpful. There is a bus stop right outside although the service seems a bit random. Struggled at times to get a taxi. If you need to get out and about you need a car. Would not recommend walking to nearest pubs as there are no pavements and the road is busy.
Needs a little updating

The site is in a good position for bus travel. Staff were all very peasant and happy to help. Although there is a swimming pool on site, it is desperate for an update. The bar and grill was only open Mon, Tues, Fri and Sun but it is nice to have it onsite. Toilets and showers were always clean but could also do with a pit of an upgrade. Despite these comments, we had a lovely peaceful time surrounded by beautiful scenery.

This is one of the best sites we have stayed. Staff are very friendly and helpful, entertainment was great, loads of space for kids to run around and play. I would highly recommend this site.

Just returned from a 2 night stay at Bucklegrove. Very easy access to site, and clear signs where to go. Very clean campsite, especially as it was fully booked. Toilets very clean. Great place to bring dogs, although not too many places to walk with dog on site. The Lodge had good atmosphere and staff were very friendly and efficient. I would definitely recommend, and would love to stay again in the near future.

Lovely, quiet site with good size pitches. Top toilet block could do with a refurb, I used the showers by the entrance of the site which were much nicer.

Lovely helpful staff, in both reception and in the bistro. Toilets could do with updating but showers were really warm and without annoying press buttons. Perfect night in our new camper.

Excellent park for families and for those who like to get tipsy, it has an onsite bar and grill. Clean toilets and showers (maybe not enough for the size of the park) but they were spotless. The location is the best bit. It's perfect.

Lovely site it was a pity the pool was closed and has been for ages apparently! The clubhouse only opened for one evening out often 7 days we were there! The staff were really lovely especially the lady who painted the fence 🤗 who made a fuss of my dog and we would definitely return.
