There are grass and hardstanding pitches with and without electric for tents and tourers, as well as fully furnished bell tents and shepherd's huts. A quiet, family run site with modern facilities and a children's play park, football pitch and indoor soft play area.

We really enjoyed our stay at St Leonard's Campsite. Our children loved the outdoor play area and the indoor soft play. We were able to cycle to nearby country parks (Avon Heath, Moors Valley), which we had a lovely day at.

We have just come back from staying here, it was a lovely and friendly place, we even added an extra night on our stay. Kids had a blast in the park and play barn, it was clean and tidy and the ice-cream van and pizza truck was lovely and very much enjoyed. Kids also enjoyed going around and looking at the animals there, would definitely stay again and would highly recommend to friends and family.

We recently stayed here for a gentle getaway with the view to exploring Bournemouth. On arrival, the campsite owner was really helpful and came out to greet us in the pouring rain. She explained exactly where we were and how to get to local amenities. Once we were pitched up, we walked to the local pub, only a ten minute walk from the campsite, where we had a great meal. On Sunday morning, we awoke to the food van preparing super breakfasts for which we indulged in! Following a good shower in the communal blocks, which are clean and more than adequate, we went off to Bournemouth beaches. The campsite has all you need for a quieter camping experience. Pitches are well kept and the electric hook ups are really accessible. Visiting food vans were great - big roasts and paella were super. There is even a visiting mobile bar. The site asks for no loud music and noise after 10.30 and everyone adhered to this, which was bliss. I would definitely book again even if the weather was poor!

A lovely site with very friendly wardens.who gave us a really wonderful first camping trip with our 9 month old baby. Quiet during the week but busier at weekends. We never had to queue for the showers/ toilets which were always immaculately clean. Taps are spread frequently around the site which was a real bonus Thank you so much for a fantastic base for our holiday!

A fantastic campsite. So many positives: -Staff were friendly and helpful. - pitches were pretty level and very well maintained. Clearly marked and plenty of water points. - quiet and peaceful when we visited. The birdsong was incredible!! - excellent play barn (mini soft play) for younger children - large park with variety of play items - swings, climbing, zip line etc - lovely 'nature trail' for children to find the animals. - excellent facilities - lots of showers and toilets/sinks. All very clean. - excellent location for visiting Bournemouth and moors valley country park The only negative - water pressure on showers was very low and you had to press the button every 5 seconds to keep it running. We will definitely be returning!! Thankyou for a wonderful stay.

My friend and I booked last minute for a night away in our vans. This place was superb; laid out nicely so pitches aren't crammed together and clever use of the trees/bushes makes it feel very individual and private. Excellent customer service (had a few issues with our booking, but they were so helpful) and the facilities were very well looked after, clean and warm. There was a woodfire pizza truck on the last night too and that was amazing. Short walk to various local pubs and we had a nice walk from the farm by the river before we left. We will definitely be back.

What a great site, went there for the bank holiday weekend. The facilities are good the showers are good kept clean every day. The site has good drainage, so even though there has been a lot of rainfall over the last couple of months, the ground wasn't chewed up and messy. I'll definitely be back again. There were food vans that came on site selling pizza ect.

We booked in for a couple of nights in our campervan, choosing this site for its amenities and location to the New Forest and Bournemouth. We were greeted with a very warm welcome, an intro to the site and given directions to the nearest supermarket and pub, which was needed. The site was immaculate, from the grounds through to the toilets and showers, which were some of the cleanest I've come across at a site! We will be returning and would definitely recommend this site to anyone heading this way.
