We had a lovely stay at the campsite. It was clean and tidy with beautiful views. Excellent facilities, never had to queue for the showers. There is a games room which kept the children happy on the rainy evening that we had. We didn't have an electric pitch but there are freezers which are free to use so using ice blocks is easy, and we took a battery pack for charging phones so everyone was happy!

Great location and only a 10 min drive to Bakewell. The campsite has plenty to do with a games room, food stalls and sometimes entertainment or a popup bar.

Very good site with all the facilities we could wish for. Beautiful location and very accommodating when we had delays on the way, meaning we arrived very late (we called to warn the owners). But, despite how late it was, the lovely security guy gave us a tour of the site.

Busy weekend but clean and tidy. Great location for walking. Good place for those with children too. Pop up onsite breakfast Saturday & Sunday mornings, plus pop up drinks and food Friday and Saturday evening. Noise was kept down by 11pm with security on site.

First time visit to Barn Farm but will definitely return. Amazing facilities, super clean and really friendly and helpful onsite team. The Horse and Jockey and pizza truck were delightful surprises. Sunshine 100% helped but we had a wonderful couple of nights, thank you.

Great site for families and couples, the site was quite busy but still peaceful, the facilities were really clean. Pizza van, hot dog van and mobile bar available during our stay. Lovely local walks and two pubs, five minutes walk away.
Well impressed!

We have just stayed here for 2 nights and this is a great campsite. Dog friendly, lots of space, and facilities are top class. Showers were the best we've experienced on a campsite. Brilliant views and 2 really nice pubs within 5 minutes walk. Very handy for glorious walking and the bustling towns of Bakewell and Ashbourne! We will return again!

Amazing stay here once again. We don't want to try another campsite because we know we won't love it like we do Barn Farm. We came with some friends and they all enjoyed it and will return.

The only downside to this campsite is that it's hilly - so expect to be pitching on a slope. Other than that, this is a brilliant place, with excellent facilities, a games room and shop. Within a short walk from a good pub and all within a stunning landscape.

This campsite is clean and very well kept. I would have appreciated to know that the food truck was going to be closed, even during the high season. Also, the shop should be opened at least until 7pm. Other than that, it was perfect.

The shared facilities were all spotlessly clean and in great order. The location of the site is great for planning longer walks. I'll definitely be back.

An excellent site with friendly staff. The showers were clean and hot, there was a nice play park, good shop on site and Great facilities. We stayed for 3 nights and were first time campers with 2 young children. It was very quiet at night, bar the peacocks that were having a chat. Will definitely return. Thank you.

Had a brilliant time at Barn Farm campsite. Only stayed the 3 nights but wish it was longer. The weather helped as it's been fantastic this week but still, the location is fantastic, lovely little village with a a great pub (Druid Inn) yet all the main tourist stuff is 15 mins away in the car. There's some fantastic walks on the doorstep also. All the staff were pleasant and helpful, rules are strictly adhered to. Whilst the facilities were clean enough, they are showing their age now, but nothing that would put me off. Even allowed to stay a bit later to let the tent fully dry. See you again soon!

Fabulous campsite, friendly and outstanding staff, place was spotless. Fantastic scenery, great walks, local towns & villages are beautiful. One thing, the food truck was not opened, would be great if there was an on site cafΓ©. Other than that, I would highly recommend Barn Farm Campsite.

Had a lovely week staying at Barn Farm. Lovely, spacious campsite with lots of nearby walks that put you right in the heart of things. Spacious pitches, mobile food bar at weekends and a drinks bar. Not too far a drive from Matlock Bath which is stunning, and Bakewell. Only slight problem we had was we should have had 2 pitches next to each other but someone was in the middle of the grass pitches so we weren't right next to each other as we had requested. Apart from that it was a lovely holiday, weather was great, site toilets and facilities very clean, 2 pubs in the village and friendly staff. Thank you to all at barn farm, we will be returning when we can.

Stayed for 2 nights with our toddler (our first time camping!) The campsite was lovely, we felt very comfortable on the family field. The playground was perfect for our toddler, and we loved visiting the cows/goats/alpacas. Nice a quiet in the evenings too. We had pizzas from the pizza van on Saturday night which were beautiful! Showers and toilets were clean and not too busy either.
