Lovely stay. Wish I'd found the dog area earlier, although not completely secure, as my young small springer got out under the fence. She enjoyed her run around the play area!

Excellent site, maintained very well, very clean showers and toilet block. Unfortunately, we didn't think the washing machine and dryer were any good and felt they were expensive.

Lovely, well maintained, clean site with good facilities. The only improvement would be a slightly larger area to dry off after showering.
Tranquil site and very well kept

This a lovely site. Very clean and well kept. Couple who run it are so helpful. Dog friendly as well. What a find. You can walk down to Mildreath and onto Looe, although the walk back is tough, get a taxi or bus. Lovely places to visit. Nearby Cawsands was a joy.

The campsite itself was very friendly, well kept up and the showers and toilets were kept very clean and tidy. The only drawback is that although it was peaceful, if you did not want to use your car or motorhome the bus service was some walk away. Apart from the shop within the campsite grounds again there were no shops, pubs or eating places close by. However if you wish to enjoy a quiet holiday with peaceful surroundings, the site is ideal.

We stayed here for 4 nights, arriving Sun 27/8/23 and leaving Thurs 31/8/23. There was the 2 of us with the 2 dogs. The site is dead quiet with no road noise etc. It's well laid out and the facilities are very clean. It's maybe just over 2km to walk to Millendreath, with other beaches at Looe, Seaton etc. less than 20 or 30 minutes drive. If I were to have one criticism, it would be that the access to the site is along perhaps around 1km of narrow single track road, with very few passing places, and we did meet 6 or 7 cars on the way into the site who didn't like the idea of reversing to let a car & caravan past. One small negative on an otherwise 5* review. We'd definitely recommend, and will use the site again if we're in Looe.

My first camping trip on a campsite and it was lovely. Showers and toilets were kept clean, staff were amazingly accommodating, Trevor recommended some places for us to go in which we did and had a great time. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and would definitely go again. There were four of us on two pitches with two dogs, we had so much space. Everyone who was camping near us were really friendly, very quiet in the evenings and mornings. Thank you for an amazing time ☺️

We have just returned from four nights at Looe Country Park and cannot rate it highly enough. The location feels very secluded and is so peaceful, yet you are a literal five minute drive from Looe Harbour and town where you can find shops, pubs, bakeries, takeaways and stunning views of the harbour and ocean (highly recommend crabbing around the harbour… the kids loved it!). The site itself is very pretty, clean and clearly well cared for. The toilet/shower facilities are well maintained and very clean. Nice warm showers were had by all and the shower/toilet block is a nice temperature so no shivering after stepping out of the warm showers :) Pitches are a great size too!! Laundry and dish washing facilities were spot on…we had everything we needed. The tumble dryer came in handy after a wet day at the beach. The site staff were extremely friendly and more than happy to help with anything we needed. The on-site shop has a nice selection and is not at all overpriced. Five minutes from the campsite is the Monkey Sanctuary…a very pleasant surprise hidden in a wooded area and very worth a visit. We would not hesitate in returning to Looe Country Park next time we visit Cornwall.

We stayed here for the 1st time this week and will definitely be returning. We were greeted with a warm welcome and shown to our pitch. The site is immaculate. It's maintained to the highest standard. The toilet and shower facilities were spotless. We loved how small and quiet the site is. We have a 10 month old and 5 year old, so was perfect. Our 5-year-old loved the small park but also loved playing on the grass with his bike and football and making friends with the other children. The location is perfect. Ten minutes either way and you are at a picture-perfect beach. We personally love Seaton because it's easier with small children.
Great campsite - will be returning

An amazing park that is great value for money and the staff go the extra mile. Perfect for first time tourers as one of the staff members even helped me set up, amazing.

A lovely small, quiet site a couple of miles from Looe. It takes about an hour to walk downhill to Millendreath and then 30 minutes on the coastal path to Looe, which is gorgeous. The site is top class with a modern shower and toilet block and really nicely kept grass areas. The staff are friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again.

Excellent, friendly atmosphere: peaceful, clean and well run. Perfect place to escape the madness of modern life, with the beautiful villages of Looe and Polperro a short drive away. The pod was comfortable and well-equipped. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent site. We have been camping for three years now and this is by far the best site yet. Beautifully clean facilities, plenty of toilets, showers and kitchen sinks. Large pitches and it was clear that the site managers are thoughtful in spacing people out. Brilliant location, very close to the coast. Really quiet site with friendly managers. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Thank you Catherine, glad we managed to maintain a peaceful atmosphere on what may have been our busiest weekend this year.
