Boonhill is a quiet and secluded touring caravan and motorhome certificated site, with easy access to North York Moors and superb views. No tents, sorry.
About Boonhill Certificated Site
Situated on the southern edge of the North York Moors National Park, Boonhill is (as the name suggests) set on a hill at 700 feet above sea level. Guests enjoy far reaching views (50 miles on a clear day) across open countryside to the moors, the vale of Pickering, and the Wolds. It's a quiet and secluded site, and located on a good road some 3.5 miles from the A170 at Kirkbymoorside. Dominated by open skies, the pitches are close to the taxiway of a farm light aircraft landing strip, so you may occasionally see small planes taking off or landing. Well drained grass pitches are divided into sheltered and separated bays for privacy. All pitches have 16amp mains electric, mains water and an effluent disposal point.
Open from 1 March to 30 October
There are 5 accommodation options on-site
