A very tidy site. The camping field is flat and has fencing all round (easier to corral dogs & children) with a water point. It was easy to get tent pegs in, I had no need for a mallet. Even after 13 hours of torrential rain there didn't seem to be any waterlogging. The new shower block is spotlessly clean & heated, though a short walk from the camping field so it wouldn't do to get caught short! There are more loos in the café. I had no phone signal at all, but there is free Wi-Fi in the café, it doesn't reach the field though. The staff were really lovely, friendly and helpful. Simple but tasty menu in the café and you get a proper pot of tea. Ample parking. No site lighting at night so remember to bring a torch. Lots of bird life around.
Beautiful place to stay, highly recommended

We are a family of 4 with children 6 and 10 and we loved it here. The fishing was amazing, the booking lady was fantastic and we even booked an extra night. We loved everything about it, beautiful scenery, lovely café, amazing fishing, my daughter loved the animals and parks. It was very clean and peaceful. The staff were lovely.

Fabulous weekend stay. Lovely big, quiet pitches close to facilities. Clean and warm shower/toilet block. Wonderful café with the most delicious cookies and almond croissants. The animals and play park were a massive bonus for the kids. They loved feeding the reindeer, shetlands and alpacas. Will definitely be back again.

We stayed here for one night before visiting Malvern Showground. It is a lovely park, well maintained and tidy. Good hardstanding for our van and plenty of space between pitches. Very dark at night, which we loved. A great site with animals to see and a fabulous café. I was sad to leave.

My wife and I took our 5 and 2 year old kids on their first camping holiday and booked Cob House purely due to it's locality to the Midlands Safari park. After staying for 2 nights, we decided to add another night as we were having such a great time. There was loads of space and some amazing alpacas, a reindeer, ponies, pigs and a play park that the kids absolutely loved. There was also a super fun bouncy castle village that was put on for the kids as a school holiday activity. Come to think of it, I don't think the kids were bored at any point during our stay. We would certainly recommend this site to any family looking for a great base for a getaway.

Excellent showers. Well kept grounds neat and tidy. Level pitch. Quiet although several families there. All dogs were very calm and quiet and on leads. Only downside, or positive depending on your situation, is the lack of phone signal. Will be booking for next year. Staff on site are very friendly and helpful.

There are only a few downsides to this park, which may be down to personal preference but will put it out there for like minded people. Tent pitches are very close to each other, they could do with more toilets and showers for busier periods. However, they were spotless. request a spot away from road if that noise will annoy you, personally didn't mind it! Everything else was lovely, nice flat pitches, well kept field, lovely walks, plenty animals to see, Lovely cafe, very helpful staff. Very clean and tidy. Will be visiting again!

We had an amazing break here at the Cobhouse. On arrival a welcome pack was ready waiting for us, making it easy to find our pitch. We pitched our tent on a large space, close to a very clean shower/toilet block and also a washing up area. These were amazingly clean and spacious. There was an outside tap we could use anytime to fill water bottles etc. Guy and the staff were very friendly and welcoming answering any queries we had. The grounds were beautiful and very well kept. Lovely to have animals on there to go and see, which were all very happy and very well looked after. The fishing lakes were fantastic and well stocked with Carp. Paul entered 2 opens on there, coming first in one and second in the other, which was fantastic and we had a great time on both days fishing. Paul also pleasure fished for one day which he thoroughly enjoyed. The onsite Mayfly cafe was very clean and offered a high standard of service, the breakfasts were to die for. There was also a bar, lunches and tea and coffee on hand all day. Emily and the staff in there were all so friendly, helpful and cheerful, service was always with a smile. Overall our stay was amazing from start to finish with impeccable grounds and service at all times. A really enjoyable break it was so peaceful in beautiful surroundings and we will definitely be back. Thank you to Guy and Luan and all staff for your friendly, nothing is too much trouble attitude you are all to be commended for making this a wonderful holiday for us and we have made some amazing memories. We would recommend Cobhouse to everyone. Thank you all again. Take care, Mand and Paul x

We were on our first caravanning experience and Cob House made us feel very welcome and had everything we needed and more. Beautiful grounds, lovely animals and park for the children and well maintained, open spaces for them to play ball games and ride bikes safely. Well equipped cafe and shop. We had a slight issue on our first night and spoke to Luan who was happy to help and resolved immediately. She was really approachable and very helpful. Would highly recommend Cob House if your looking for clean modern facilities, friendly staff and beautiful grounds.

Really lovely campsite. Well laid out with really good and clean facilities. Area well used for fishing competitions and really quiet. Nice Café with good breakfasts, ice creams and beers/ ciders. Dropped one star as the park is closed Monday/ Tuesday and we were not communicated with the method for entering, but I think that was an oversight, as the owner came round later in the day to apologise and check we were OK. They are a nice young couple trying to get a new business up and running. Will definitely come again when we're in the Worcester area.

Good wee site. Facilities are a bit basic, but the cafe is good for eating. Dog friendly. Several walks for the dog but there are also a lot of fishing lake. If you have a water obsessed dog keep them on a lead :)

Showers and kitchen water needs to be warmer. Shop not open and reception closed Monday and Tuesday. Would appreciate just half day session on fishing lakes. Loved the animals on site, hens greeted us at gate😂😂😂

Great site, friendly staff, lovely cafe onsite, lots to keep kids happy. Peaceful location. Nice pub down the road. Highly recommended and would come back. But be aware that the Wi-Fi did not extend to my tent and signal was very poor.

Just come back from our first canping trip and we are hooked! It was clean and quiet and the staff were so attentive and helpful. Only £25 a night and although there's not much to do on site or near, there is a lot of space to set up camping games and a few animals and a little park on site. highly recommended for people who like fishing or a large group out to make your own fun in the sun. Was perfect for our first trip, here's to the next!

We enjoyed our stay at Cob House. The showers and toilets were very clean, but the shower was a bit of a challenge. You press the button and get covered in cold water and if you have not put your dry clothes far enough away, they get wet. Could do with an adjustment. The cafe was great and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Mike was very friendly and couldn't do enough for us and was straight over when we set off our fire alarm by burning our bacon.
