The location is perfect for exploring just 15 minutes to the stunning coast and miles of walks and cycle routes right from the site.

About Maesymeillion Farm Camping
A small and rural campsite set amongst an 11 acre farm overlooking the Ceredigion countryside. Enjoy being tucked away amongst nature with a range of animals onsite and an almost back to basic camping experience. While the site offers a peaceful getaway you are within easy access of main roads - perfect for exploring the local area. Just a 15 minute drive takes you to Cardigan Bay and there are miles of walks right from the site. With a variety of grass pitches you can be sure to find a pitch for you. From small, medium and large pitches to extra large and touring pitches, each has the option of electric. Being located 1,000 feet above sea level you can witness some of the best stargazing and sunsets right from the site with such little light pollution. Campfires and BBQs are allowed as long as they are supervised. There are a number of fire pits onsite that you can use and charcoal, kindling, firelighters and wood can be purchased onsite too. Dogs are welcome. Do note that this site is certificated with Caravan and Camping Club and may require membership to book.
Open from 1 April to 31 October
Onsite facilities include basic showers and toilets, laundry facilities for a small cost and a well stocked communal kitchen. There is also an onsite shop that is well stocked with food and camping essentials. Food is occasionally served onsite during busy periods such as Bank Holidays and weekends.
The nearest pub, The Gilfach Inn, is just a five minute drive away. Lampeter is just 10 minutes away, here you'll find a Sainsburys and a Co-op as well as a couple of takeaways and pubs.

Things to do on site and in the Lampeter area
Being based in Ceredigion, the site is in a great position. There are miles of footpaths to explore, with a Coastal Path that stretches for 60 miles while offering plenty of scenic views and history along the way.
For a day at the seaside, New Quay Beach is just a 20 minute drive away. Here you can take boat trips to go dolphin spotting, or try out some of the watersports available from sailing and waterskiing, to kayaking and paddleboarding.
