About Haw Wood Farm Caravans and Camping
Nestled in 14 acres of picturesque countryside, this multi-award-winning caravan and camping site in Suffolk boasts excellent facilities. With just a short five minute distance to the nearest beach, you can enjoy the best of both worlds - a peaceful retreat in nature with easy access to the coast. Pitches here are generous and level, catering for motorhomes, caravans, campervans and tents. As well as fully serviced hardstanding pitches, there are also large grass pitches with or without electricity. Some pitches onsite even have a view of a lovely pond. Groups of up to 40 can book an entire meadow on site to relax and pitch together, too. Managers Dan and Georgina and their team will welcome you onsite, show you around and take you down to your pitch. They will be available all through your stay, giving the site a very friendly and relaxed feel. Dogs are very welcome and will enjoy the large grazing meadow that has been made available for them to exercise off the lead. They may also enjoy the rest of the park on a lead. There is a heavy emphasis on being environmentally friendly here, which is evident in the biomass boiler that provides underfloor heating and constant hot water, and also in the gold awards from David Bellamy that praise the tremendous wildlife present on the park and the green manner in which the site is run.
The site is open from March, grass pitches are bookable from Easter to October. Hardstanding pitches are open until the end of the year.
