This is a very well-kept site. It feels spacious with plenty of space for caravans, motor homes & tents. Received a warm welcome on arrival. Toilets feel modern & very clean. Showers are hot & start/stop (no push buttons). Camper's kitchen well laid out & includes books, games, DVDs you can borrow. On the flight path, loved seeing all the planes. Didn't find it noisy though. Lots of places nearby to visit. A lovely site to visit for a weekend or a week. Will be back.

Friendly and welcoming staff. Pitches are well kept and the site is clean and well maintained. Facilities are top notch and convenient - modern and spotlessly clean. Quiet location but very convenient to all amenities and Edinburgh. Have used this site before and will again as it is a great halfway point stop-off before venturing further into Scotland. Dogs allowed. Fully recommend.

Just enjoyed a 2 night stay and we would definitely recommend. We had a friendly warm welcome and when I asked for a different pitch to the one allocated, it was no problem at all. Also borrowed an extension lead as only after the tent was up we realised ours wasn't long enough. There was a lovely walk from the park to the riverside, which delighted our 3 and 5 year old grandkids. Also Grandpa took some time out for a walk to the aqueduct. There are a lot of aeroplanes since we were in the flight path however this added to the excitement for them, especially our 2 year old who popped in for a visit. Oh and the chickens were definitely a hit for them! Keep up the good service guys and we will definitely be back in the spring.

Email from campsite day before giving clear instructions on how to get to site which was really helpful. Nicely laid out campsite. Site owners helpful and friendly. Excellent walks around the area and maps supplied showing choices of walks. Kitchen facilities and area for kids to meet up. Lots of water points beside bays. There were only 3 showers in female block and 2 in male block as one was broken. 2 washing up points outside. Site did not offer more facilities than other places that we have been to, which we felt didn't warrant the higher charge that we had to pay.
Wee trip to Edinburgh with the kids

We love this site for its friendly, well managed service, its dog walk and its walks to union canal and country park. Site was full and the disabled shower was locked (I was recovering from knee surgery). Only 3 main showers & very small space when using a stool, but all very clean and well managed. Noise from airport annoying even inside a motorhome starting at 6am - first time we've heard this.

This is a lovely site located in excellent location for easy access to Edinburgh and main motorways for further afield, but also be in the countryside. Really nice atmosphere on the site from the warm welcome we received on arrival to check out. Really enjoyed the access direct from the park to the Union Canal for a peaceful and relaxing walk (or cycle if you chose). Also ideally located to go shopping at the Livingston outlet village!

This was our first ever motorhome experience! Brilliant start - the park was clean and tidy, staff were very friendly and shop was well stocked. Facilities block was kept lovely and clean with well maintained equipment. Airport was quite noisy but I suppose expected from an airport and the road that runs along side the caravan park was louder than expected.

Immaculate site. I solo camped as part of a bike packing, 3-day completion of the John Muir Way. Jean and the team were incredibly helpful and kind. Saw lots of families with young children who clearly enjoyed the play areas. Fab.

A friendly welcome. Good facilities and a good location for visiting Edinburgh or, like us, a good overnight base before travelling further North into Scotland. Close to Edinburgh bypass and M8 & M9 motorways. Only downside is that it's located under the flight path for planes taking off from Edinburgh airport.

What a lovely little site! Absolutely wonderful welcome from the wardens who were so helpful when our electric cable wasn't long enough 🤦♀️ All facilities were immaculately kept and the showers were clean and hot. Won't hesitate to book again. Thanks for a lovely end of year/start of year campervan adventure!
