We went for an extended weekend to explore the north Norfolk area. When we arrived the site was busy with other campers. The site itself was clean and tidy and well looked after the facilities were basic but clean and worked perfectly. Although the site is close to a main road, any noise did not bother us. The site is in a great place to explore the surrounding area and provides a peaceful calm space to return to after your exploration.

Stayed here for 3 nights for 2 adults and one dog. A lovely little campsite. Toilets and showers were basic but had everything you needed and were nice and clean. WiFi was good so that was a big plus. Good location as Happisburgh is within walking distance. You can hear traffic noise from the road next to it, but we took ear plugs (we always do) and there was no problem getting to sleep. We met Anne who owns the site and she was really lovely and helpful, especially just after we had arrived. We thought a couple of improvements that would have given 'facilities' a 5 star rating (planning permitted) would be possibly a wash basin to wash dishes. Also when the grass had been mown, if it wasn't left to be traipsed inside your caravan/motor home (but these are just little niggles). Generally, we had a really lovely time there and would definitely like to book again in the future.

Easy to find and you get a warm welcome. It is clean, tidy and quiet with lovely views. Would definitely recommend this site to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday. Thank you both for a lovely visit to your caravan site. John and Michelle.

The owners were very friendly and helpful. We booked the site knowing there were no toilet or shower facilities, but actually when we arrived there was some, newly installed. They are very basic, but serviceable. We were the only ones on the site for the first 5 days which was fine, then we had another 3 vans arrive. Overall we enjoyed our stay, very close to the pub and Walcott and Happisburgh is minutes drive away. The site is great for bike riding and exploring the local area. We hope to return soon.

This site could be made very nice, it is in a good location for the sea and places to visit. The grass is in need of a good cut, I understand it was a little overgrown due to the weather. The site was just a little poor, there was a toilet and shower block being built but not to a very good standard. The leftover bits were left on the site, although they were maybe cleaned up after we left. It probably would have been better to have spent the money on new fencing. A shame really as it could be made into a very nice site. It didn't bother us too much as we were out all day and have our own toilet and shower. There is a field next to the site which is ideal to walk dogs, and there is a little traffic noise, but didn't bother us.

The site wasn't easy to find. The address and postcode are in two separate areas and not actually where the site was either. Contact was easy enough though, the chap was very helpful and pleasant. When we eventually arrived, it looked to be as if it was a field attached to someone's house (backyard campsite). The drive and gates were a nice entrance and the pitches looked new and neatly laid out. 1 mile roughly to the nearest beach and 1/2 mile to nearest pub/food. There are no bins or plumbing from what I could tell. We did not see a drinks tap either. While we were there, the site was in the middle of building a wooden bathroom shed with a toilet and shower, but was not completed when we arrived. If you need somewhere to just pull up for the night and lay your head, it's perfect. Fairly sheltered from snow and rain, as we had this weekend and fairly quiet for a road being right next to the site. Small, simple but fairly effective.
Perfectly sized for a small set up

We stayed for two nights with three young children and a single axle caravan. The hosts met us in the pouring rain as we arrived and couldn't have done more for us. The site was perfectly sized for us; small and well equipped. The hosts have plans for the winter to install toilet and shower facilities and a new hedge for privacy from the coast road. The entrance looks daunting for a novice (like us) but was easily navigable. 2mins drive to the closest beach, with easy access to the rest or Norfolk. We would happily return for another stay.

Lovely quiet site, only a few nicely spaced pitches rather than all being crammed in, which was much appreciated. Close to the road, though that wasn't a problem for our one night stay. No facilities such as showers or toilets etc which we were aware of so not a problem for us. You need to be self sufficient to stay here. Facilities available were water, electric hook up and toilet waste disposal. Nice simple site, easy to access.

It was clear when I booked that there are no toilets or showers but who needs them when you have everything on-board Ann and Alex were perfect hosts, very friendly and informative (even sorted a vet for us as dog was taken ill). Beach is a mile away with beautiful coastal scenery. Cromer, Wroxham and Broads close by. As the camp is on a crossroads and coastal road, it can be a little noisy early morning and around teatime but soon quietens down. Large clean hardstanding pitches, field for dogs to run around and centre grassed area for children to play. We hope to be back again in the future

An OK place to stay if you have a motorhome with everything. There are no toilets and no showers but it does have WiFi and a place to empty your toilet waste, which is actually an outside loo, so technically it does have 1 toilet for the whole campsite We stayed for 1 night then returned to our previous campsite which was cheaper and had more amenities.

Campsite was great for what we needed. It had hook ups and somewhere to empty the toilet. All was ok.

Nice, well kept, simple site with electric hook up and toilet disposal. Sadly the road was ridiculously loud every night (not much the owners can do about that!) and neither of the Wi-Fi networks worked, which the mobile home next to us tried to sort with the owner, but to no avail. Could do with better signage as it was tricky to find which isn't ideal with a caravan attached behind you.
