Cummins Farm is ideally located on a working sheep farm between Lyme Regis and Charmouth along the Jurassic Coast. Tents, campervans, caravans and motorhomes are welcome on flat, unallocated grass pitches with the option of electric. There is also a shepherd's hut available. A peaceful base for the Jurassic Coast with a park and ride to Lyme Regis and plenty of space for games back at the site. BBQs and campfires are allowed.

We stayed at this campsite for one night in our campervan and it was perfect. There was plenty of room and we were able to choose where we wanted to pitch. The facilities were very clean, with the best showers for 50p. The campsite is basic but very relaxed, which is just what we like. We walked into Lyme Regis which was a bit of a trek but great across the countryside with our Spaniels. We would recommend this site to all who just want an easy and relaxing place to stay.

Great location 9 mins in a car from Lyme Regis. Communication before and during our stay was excellent, a gentlemen walks around the site each evening and check in with you. The facilities are very good, very clean and well maintained. Our stay was very quiet, with plenty of room between pitches/ vans - a very relaxed stay. I would highly recommend.

Very pleasantly surprised. Lovely campsite close to beaches and easy to find. Good dog walk from site and extremely relaxed. Facilities are clean and in good condition. Site fees are so reasonable. Won't stay anywhere else when I'm back in the area.

The site is well maintained, and quite spacious. We chose our position. There are not allocated pitches. The shower block was clean and appeared to be quite new. You need a fifty-pence coin for the shower, which is a pest, and it helps to know that first. There was a barrier at the site entrance which is always a good thing. Not everywhere on the site is served by electric hook-up. It is only a short drive to the Lyme Regis "Park and Ride" car park, which, if you are staying in the town all day, is probably the cheapest parking you'll get. It is close to the town. For some reason our Sat-Nav struggled to find the site. I don't understand this as it is quite accessible on a well used road, but initially it appeared to be difficult.

The site is a big open grass field atop the hill between Lyme Regis and Charmouth on the Jurassic Coast on a working farm, so I had plenty of sheep for the odd conversation. There is a slight rise in the middle and it's surrounded by mature trees. There are no hard pitches. Pitches are not allocated, so you can take your pick and choose what suits you best. Despite two main roads nearby, night-time silence is good. I thought it excellent value for money, I paid around £12/night without electricity (£8/night extra). The proprietor walked around every morning to check that all was well. Parents, be aware that there is absolutely no entertainment, catering or other facilities, like a swimming pool. It's a big open play area, make your own fun. The toilet block has separate male and female loos, showers (charged at 50p for 8 minutes) and hand wash. Paper towels are provided. A hair dryer is available for 20p. The facilities are very modern, clean and well maintained. Pot wash with hot water is under shelter. Note, the toilet block is accessed by outdoor steps; if there is a disabled facility, I did not notice it.

Went to Cummings farm for our first camping trip. When we arrived, Ben was great, lent us a hammer as we forgot one, such a friendly and helpful guy. The site was great, two minutes drive to Lyme Bay and two minutes to Charmouth. The site facilities were immaculate, as was the whole site. I'll definitely be bringing my family back, if you have small children it's great for them to have freedom to run and play.
