Summerhill Farm Campsite is a working farm and campsite situated in the beautiful River Dart valley, close to the town of Ashburton, within the Dartmoor National Park - and just minutes from the A38.
About Summerhill Farm Campsite
This beautiful location makes Summerhill Farm the ideal campsite for exploring Dartmoor - and with all of Devon's many attractions just a short car ride away too. The large, well drained and mostly level camping field offers plenty of room for both tents and tourers. The site has some electric hook up points for those who require them - please enquire in advance for these. There is also a shepherd's hut if you fancy trying a spot of glamping - a home away from home! The use of raised barbecues is allowed - and dogs are welcome provided they are kept on a lead.
The site is open from Easter every year until the end of September.
There are 2 accommodation options on-site

Site rules and policies
We allow raised barbeques to be used on site, as well as the use of small silent portable generators but we do ask all visitors to respect other campers and not to cause a nuisance.
Between the hours of 11pm and 9am we operate a quiet policy where we ask visitors to keep noise to a minimum.
Well behaved dogs are welcome but must be kept on a lead as we are a working farm and there may be livestock in adjacent fields.
