We want you to enjoy your time with us, but for the enjoyment of everyone there has to be some rules:
The site has a relaxed check in, so you are free to arrive/leave as early/late as suits you to make the most of your stay. The only time restrictions we have are on the electric hook up pitches during busy times. If your pitch is booked before or after your stay, the changeover time in 12 noon - however you are welcome to move away from the hook up, and enjoy the rest of your day.
Dogs are welcome, but please keep them on a lead and pick up the poop - we have an enclosed safe area where they can run free with other dogs and enjoy their stay here too. We are very dog friendly and they come free !
Unfortunately dogs are not allowed in Old Ma's Cafe, but we have outside seating area where they are welcome too.
The Farmyard is out of bounds for your own safety, we are not a 'petting farm' as yet, but you will be able to see our
herd of cows and our horses - oh and our bull ! in the fields next to the campsite.
Children should be accompanied by an Adult at ALL times around the site.
For the convenience of our guests, we do not have locked gates and are not responsible
for children who may wander out onto the road, it can be a busy road, and common sense is all we ask.
Campfires - we do not allow large campfires - however you are welcome to enjoy your fire pits and bbq's all we ask is that you keep them up off the grass and look after our field for the next campers, thank you.
We want you to enjoy your stay here at Manor Farm, but would ask that noise is kept to a minimum after 10.30pm and to respect other campers enjoyment too -- anyone found to be disruptive to others may be asked to leave.
When driving around the site, please observe the 5mph speed limit which is walking pace ... especially where children are likely to be playing.
Please respect the boundary of your electric hook up pitch,
we have tried to make them as spacious as we can and they will be clearly marked.
Our Electric hook ups are 10 amp -- please read the information supplied to you regarding using appliances -it is not the same volume of power as you would get at home.
If your electric fails usually it will be the trip switch - if not let us know and we will fix it as quickly as we can.
Please bear with us during busy times, thank you.
Please respect the toilets and showers ..as they are for everyone - our aim is to keep them clean - your aim would help !
They are cleaned and restocked regularly. Please leave them as you would wish to find them.
Unfortunately not everyone does this, and we ask that you report anything that needs cleaning up !
All complaints, if you have any (and we hope you wont!) should be brought to our attention before you leave the site.
We ask that you give us a chance to put things right, before leaving bad feed back -- we know we are not perfect but we do try our best.
So come and say hello and we will do our upmost to review, rectify and ensure that you leave happy.
Last but never least, enjoy your stay here with us at Manor Farm !
