About the site
This peaceful site, set on a 500 acre working family farm within the Holkham Estate, offers a mix of camping and glamping with stunning countryside and coastal views. With a 15 minute drive to Norfolk's sandy beaches, it's an ideal escape for solo travellers, couples, and families looking to relax and explore. Guests can choose from spacious grass pitches for tents with optional electricity. For a touch of luxury, stay in one of two glamping pods (sleeping two) with camp beds, lighting, and electricity, or opt for a 5m yurt, complete with four futon beds, a fridge, a kettle, and an outdoor BBQ. For even more comfort, you will also find a fully equipped ensuite log cabin with a double bed, toilet, shower, small living room and kitchenette. Onsite, guests can enjoy a kitchen serving baps and hot drinks, as well as an equine facility with 25 paddocks and 14 stables. Enjoy a day exploring the historical Holkham Hall (ten minutes away) blooming with wildlife, deer, and botanical gardens. Or, spend your getaway strolling on the sandy coastline, hiking at Holkham National Nature Reserve (10 minutes away), or sipping a refreshing drink at the onsite Piston bar! Please note that the bar is open to all on bank holidays, and high seasons, and is subject to demand. BBQs and campfires are welcome, making dinner al fresco a must! Dogs are allowed but must be kept on a lead.
